In auditing, it's over, over, over. But there are certain types of commands that can also have a negative effect on your ability to contact and reduce engrams in session. A pre-clear locates his engrams by traveling on his time track. Everyone has a time track.

This is the consecutive record of every moment of your life accumulated throughout your existence. It's exactly dated. All right, I'm 15, in fact, it's my 15th birthday. I'm standing outside the Quick-Mart now. A primary concern of the auditor is to keep the pre-clear moving

on the time track, contacting incidents so they can be recounted until they're reduced or erased. But very things can happen to the pre-clear with relation to the time track. Certain words and phrases contained in engrams can actually make it appear as though there are flaws in his time track.

In fact, there are no flaws in the time track. It just seems that way because certain engramic phrases, called action phrases, send the pre-clear in various directions on the track without his permission. There are five different classes of these action phrases, each

bouncers such as 'will' literally eject the pre-clear right out of the engram I don't know there can be other troubles caused by these action phrases One of the most common is for the pre-clear to become stuck in an incident in the past He's

he's standing over me yelling 'Stay here okay just stay here okay' This sort of action phrase is called a holder because it literally holds him in an engram at that earlier point on the track He's not in present time but is locked in this earlier period of his life Cop runs over

holder phrases such as 'Hold on to this' 'Don't let go' 'Don't move' can keep the pre-clear from shifting on the track or coming to present time My guy's grabbing from my wallet Another difficulty with the time track is caused by the denier 'No I I can't find anything else okay' is

Is there an earlier incident like this? No, no. I can't, can't see anything. There's just nothing there. A denier hides a part of the time track by implying it's not there or should not be viewed. Nothing there. Nothing. A pre-clear with a denier

feels like there's no incident present. No, there's nothing there. A denier, such as 'there's nothing there,' will make the pre-clear believe the engram doesn't exist. No other examples of deniers are, I don't know what's going on. You can't

remember anything at all. I can't remember anything. I can't tell again because these command phrases are interpreted literally. This will mean that he can't tell the auditor the engram. Everything's going to be okay. The most upsetting of commands is the grouper, an action phrase

which literally translated means that all incidents are in one place on the time track. When I was 17 with my boxing coach, now pull yourself together. No, later with my wife, everything's all screwed up. No, back when I was in the war. There's no time. Groupers create the illusion that

auditor think like an engram so he can recognize when these phrases are coming through. Listen to the literal meaning of what the pre-clear is saying and observe his actions on the time track. This will tell you what action phrases are standing in the way of your
