There are visibility concerns and challenging travel plans due to the weather.

A winter weather advisory is in effect for Sullivan and Ulster, with snow expected in the Hudson Valley.

Coastal flooding is a major concern, with a 1 to 3 feet inundation expected during high tide cycles, and wind gusts of up to 60 miles per hour are also causing a flash flood risk.
