Unseasonably Warm Weather and Upcoming Cool Down

The weather is unseasonably warm, with temperatures in the 60s and 70s, making it feel like November.

Gusty winds and cooler, drier air are expected this weekend, but the cool down will come after today's peak temperatures.

High pressure is building in, following a brief period of sprinkles that many may not have noticed.

A front is moving through, bringing a 20-degree drop in temperature from 78 today to cooler weather tomorrow.

Sunday will be milder and less breezy, with temperatures starting at 48 degrees for those running a marathon.

Central Park is currently warmer than other areas, with temperatures at 73 degrees and west/southwest winds at 15 miles per hour.

° F on Monday to 72°F on Tuesday, with Wednesday potentially threatening record highs and bringing the next chance of rain.

The area is experiencing a drought, and the recent rain has not made a significant impact.

Residents have been maintaining a positive attitude despite the dry conditions.
