ONE OF THE BIG CONCERNS MOVING FORWARD WITH THIS STORM NOW IS COASTAL FLOODING. WE HAD SOME INCIDENTS OF IT THIS MORNING, AND NOW TONIGHT, WE EXPECT IT TO BE EVEN WORSE. WE WANT TO SHOW YOU VIDEO FROM THE SOUTH FORK OF LONG ISLAND AT SAG HARBOR. BIG WAVES CREEPING UP HIGH, AS WELL AS OVERWASH, AND CERTAINLY, WE CAN EXPECT A REPEAT OF THIS TONIGHT. HIGH TIDE CYCLE. WE ARE EXPECTING THE WORST FLOODING TONIGHT AND TOMORROW MORNING. AS FOR THOSE HIGH TIDE TIMES, SANDY HOOK, NEW JERSEY, EAST ROCKAWAY, HIGH TIDE AROUND 8 P.M. ORIENT POINT 11 P.M. BRIDGEPORT AND KINGS POINT MIDNIGHT. KINGS POINT WE COULD SEE HEAVY FLOODING. PLEASE PLAY IT SAFE OUT THERE. WINDS HAVE BEEN A MAJOR FACTOR IN BRINGING SO MANY TREES DOWN CAUSING SO MANY PROBLEMS. WARNINGS IN EFFECT THROUGH EARLY SATURDAY. WIND STILL EXPECTED TO GUST 60 PLUS MILES PER HOUR. 60 RIGHT ABOUT NOW, NEARLY 70 ON THE EAST END BY MIDNIGHT, STILL GUSTING 50 TO 60. TOMORROW MORNING, VERY WINDY STILL, JUST SLIGHTLY LOWER THAN THOSE WINDS ARE RIGHT NOW.

Coastal flood warnings are in effect across Long Island and the city, with the worst flooding expected tonight and tomorrow morning.

High winds have been causing tree damage and other problems, with gusts recorded at 65 miles per hour.

Warnings are in place until early Saturday due to strong winds gusting over 60 miles per hour.

Current winds are around 60 mph, with gusts expected to reach nearly 70 mph on the east end by midnight.

Winds will remain very windy tomorrow morning, slightly lower than current speeds.
