And then we have Collective Collective unconsciousness, which we'll say is your deeper dream thoughts, right? And this is where your Shadow and suppressed self is, okay? So, Persona is what you're showing the world, this ego is what you, what holds the sword of will to will things into action, and what you're supposed to do is for your Shadow traits, right? The traits you've suppressed, like I'm weak. Now look at this, you're weak. But let's say your persona tells people you're strong, I'm strong. The greatest thing you could do is use your ego to will, will, will being strong, maybe gym or whatever you got to do, and that way you bring with the will, you bring this strength into the ego, and your ego gets larger and larger, and by the time you're 70 years old, you're a Kung Fu Master who is a genius.

who your point is to expand this ego. You feed it with experience, and that's integrating your shadow traits of weakness. You go get the experience of strength, and you put it into you, and then it becomes in your total self who you [__] are. You understand? So you're saying your work is where your insecurity and weakness is. And where does collective unconscious come into this? Collective unconscious will come into those random bursts of inspiration you have in dreams or daydreaming that are not your thoughts. They come from deep, deep, who knows? And consciousness is not your head; it's connected to the stars. So it's the whole macrocosm is the microcosm. Yeah, what I'm saying is you can actually pull from your subconscious Einstein ideas, but that's really hard to do. What you're supposed to do is flow.

It's like, Oh, I'm Zerka, I'm that [__], I feel cozy. But if I open my social media and I, Who am I? Do I play basketball? Am I a stoner? Do I get this week got in? Like, everyone knows who the [__] I'm the most. Wait, mother, depression can't even touch me anymore. In a nutshell, the antidote, the cure to anxiety, depression, personality disorders, trauma, is identity in 99% of cases that I've seen. Why say it's, why does no Peterson dance around?

but it depends. It depends because if you've experienced trauma and you develop depression, it's what we would refer to as a secondary process, which means that the depression doesn't exist in a vacuum; it exists as a result of the trauma. Then it's a matter of explaining that it doesn't exist in a vacuum. Depression is not endogenous; it's not neurotransmitters in the mind; it's not a lack of serotonin. That's a ridiculous concept. There's no evidence to prove that. You're saying that I say the chemicals are stupid. You're saying that too. It's ridiculous. SSRIs, the anti-depressants, it's big Pharma, right? Big Pharma, and it's, I think, effective in 30% of individuals. 30, those are placebo numbers. 30%. Oh, so you have as good of a chance doing push-ups as you do with taking anti-depressants like flatin or whatever it may be. I always say when

you're dealing with an ID. Depression is psychology, not physiology. To me, to me when these guys say I'm on anti-depressants or whatever, uh, I'm like what's that like. They're like it just kills, it kills who you are. And I'm like if depression is about I don't know who I am and these are killing who you are dude. This is like how to [ __ ] yourself the fastest way, you know what I mean. Yeah, 'cause like I would say this, who completed um can you find depression in a man who has a mastery over something very rare. But when you do find it in a Hollywood elite and themselves or at Lincoln Park, whatever, they love to, the collective unconscious loves to spring this out and say he had a Ferrari and himself like that's the norm. Like even if you have a Ferrari, you're going to bro. That is like 0.0. It's got to be, there's no way fixing the money problem doesn't solve a bunch of issues. It did.

You have the ability to affect the sense of autonomy you have over your life, the sense of agency, the sense of, Oh, I can do what I want. I can pursue the values I have. In Psychology, what we talk about is this concept around congruence. We live in Two Worlds; we live in an internal world and an external World. Your internal world is your values, principles, boundaries, whatever it may be. The external world is your interactions, your relationships. You're trying to reconcile the internal and the external world, and I talk about this with all my clients. It's probably the most important uh Concept cing in Psychology. If you're incapable of manifesting or fulfilling the values that you have, you will be depressed. There's a friction between those two [Music] worlds. Night, these thoughts of M keep me up all night.
