Despite the clear skies and sunshine, the subzero temperatures and strong winds will make it feel much colder.

Upcoming Storm System and Weather Changes

Slick roadways are likely as the snow sticks quickly.

By midnight, the wintry mix will transition to all rain, with warm temperatures and possible flooding on Tuesday.

The area is expecting 2 inches of rain, with isolated spots possibly getting 3 inches, leading to challenging runoff and localized flooding due to the frozen ground.

Before the rain, accumulating snowfall is forecasted, with 1 to 3 inches through the city and 3 to 6 inches north and west of the city.

Today's weather will be sunny and cold, with temperatures feeling like subzero, and tomorrow will bring steady snow and a slick evening commute.
