[Music] On September 5th, 2023, several FWC officers were on vessel patrol in Broward County. While conducting a safety inspection on a vessel they had just stopped, they observed numerous open and unopened alcohol containers in the vessel. When asked about this, the operator claimed they were his father's. By the way, guys, I put a lot of effort into correcting this video's lighting and improving its audio, so go easy on me. But at the time of making this video, the operator was charged with possession of alcohol by a person under the age of 21 and refusal to provide a breath sample.
