* 🛡 Embody the warrior spirit before each action, which is the mood of **impeccability, excellence, and determination**, and act with this spirit to **enter the flow state**.
* 👫 Surround yourself with motivated people, as motivation is an **embodiment and a standard**, and if you can't do that, get a mentor or consume better media to find **inspiring stories and characters**.

how to stay motivated each and every day. How to stoke that inner fire, my friends, and move towards your dreams. Now, I spent years there, you know, getting inspired, doing some things for a little while, maybe working on my body, working on my book, working on a project, and then once the inspiration dwindled, I always kind of found myself back in that inconsistent place again. So how do we stoke that fire every day and really find our flow state to move towards the body, the dream, the ideal we want to manifest? Welcome back to Wisdom Warriors. I'm Christian, and today we got five steps for embodying motivation and discipline. Now, the first step here actually starts the night before. The night before, we need to get clear and committed to the one thing that we're really trying to cultivate in our lives. The first mistake a lot of people make is they try to get motivated about many different things. channel your creative art getting the body you want working on your relationship the one thing right you got to get clear and committed the night before tomorrow what time when are you going to do this get clear and be absolutely committed to kicking ass on it almost see yourself feel yourself kicking ass on it the night before the hair was getting a little unruly there but step two is wake up and walk my friend's big life hack right here there's so many people talking about morning routines and like you gotta do this sauna breath work blah blah blah all these different things for me I found what works is a morning walk and on that walk it's like a 20 minute walk I wake up I get my on I drink some water I go for a walk and on that walk right you can be with nature let yourself wake up let your body wake up but on your way back you start thinking about your ideals this is key my friends if you don't know it already I want you to feel into and visualize your highest

way of being your ideal day your ideal flow right your strongest day in creation and think about that feel that think about the project you're creating whether it's your body the book whatever it is think about that thing in completion right and feel and get excited about it here's the thing is like we're always thinking about the problems oh I don't want to go to the gym oh I don't want to ride today oh there's a lot of problems in this area of my life and we're not thinking about it in terms of oh I'm excited for what I'm creating right and this excitement my friends comes into this idea of burning desire feeling so excited so excited oh make something beautiful they sound beautiful burning desire simply means really wanting to become that man or achieve that aim or you know complete that project you think about any great athlete or any great Fighter for instance like he really wanted to win whoever wants it the most is probably going to win now you got to think about

that in your match with resistance that's coming up, you're gonna have resistance to the gym, resistance to the new pattern you're starting, resistance to going the extra mile on whatever project or deep work you're doing, and to really combat resistance, especially at the start of patterns I'm creating, I need to have a deep burning desire for an outcome, for a process, for the man I'm becoming, and really get excited about it. Burning desire often comes from your why, like why are you writing that book, why are you doing that project, why are you going to the gym. Well, it's going to make your life awesome, maybe it's going to help out your kids, your friends, your tribe, right? It's your why. Nietzsche said a man with a strong enough why can endure any how. If you ever want to attain that obsessive-like focus where you forget to eat, you forget to sleep, you're just so in the flow state and engaged, it's about really wanting it and falling in love with the process. That's for a whole

Another video though, right here on your morning walk. Just to put it simply, think of your ideals. Like, what's your ideal day, right? Really start to feel into that. What's your why? Why are you doing this? Why are you about to go to the gym or go into this very hard thing, right? And start creating burning desire for what you are creating. Start feeling excitement. This leads us to part three. Now, part three is contemplate death. Okay, so I get back from my walk. I sit on my stool outside and I kind of watch the sunrise. And I contemplate, like, yo, this might be my last day on Earth. How do I want to be? How do I want to cherish and celebrate this day? Like, I could literally leave this planet in my next breath, in the next hour, you know? I may not see the sunset this evening. And I think about that, and that primarily instructs my state of being, my way of being today. It's like, let me truly enjoy and celebrate, you know.

everything before me okay. The second part that the contemplation of death does especially when you start contemplating death 10 years out, 20 years out, right? It's like, dude, time is flying by, you know. Marty in my mid-20s, so you know I'm going to be 45, 50. It's like, what do I want to do by then, who do I want to be by then, right? And here's the thing, it's like you don't have time. So many people spend their life waiting, waiting to start, waiting to take the first step. It's like you don't have time. You could die in the next moment, right? It's like you do have a terminal disease right now, and it's called mortality, my friend. You are going to die. And don't let this like make you all sad and morbid in the morning, but let this light the fire in you to go attack towards your dreams. Is no better time than now, go make it happen, my friends. You got one shot, you have this one life.

to give your gifts fully, to love fully, to experience every season of life. Do not let it pass you by, my friends. This is something I can remind myself of every morning, or else I will live blind. And when I remind myself of that, the warrior spirit comes into play. This is step four, and that's cultivating the warrior spirit and taking action. So much of the time, we are waiting for a feeling in order to act. This is a wrong way of thinking about it. We must create the feeling, create the state of the warrior, and then act. To do this, my friends, we must embody the warrior spirit. Now, what is that? What does that mean, the warrior spirit? To me, it's an attitude. It's the mood of the warrior, and this mood is one of impeccability, of sheer excellence and determination. Like I might die right after this, so how do I want to go out? Do I want to go out with spirit and cheer and humor and focus, or do I want to go out like half-assing it, you know?

these different things. And the crazy thing is, my friends, is like, I'm often fatigued all the time. I struggle with exhaustion. But when I think about the warrior spirit and just be like, Yo, this is my last act on Earth. Let me just give it my all right here and now. Right now, I walk through that door and I come in here and I sit my ass down and I start writing. As if it was the last thing I was going to do on Earth, something magical happens. What was once an overwhelming problem, you literally just fly over. Okay, walking in the Warrior spirit means determining what you want to do and being determined. Nothing on Earth is going to stop me from doing this act right. Resolving to do your absolute best and going forth as a flame. And when you go forth as a flame, mountains will fall to you. So the warrior spirit, my friends, again just real quick recap, is determination, excellence, impeccability. My friends, the mood of the Warriors founded on impeccability, being excellent. Now like

when I'm sitting out there, it's like, how am I breathing? How am I thinking? Am I is my attitude weak or is my attitude strong? Change your attitude, my friends, and watch a hundred habits in your life transform. This is such a key. It honestly has changed my life more than anything is learning to embody the warrior spirit before each act, especially those I have resistance to doing so. Determination, dynamism, excellence, and go forth as a flame. Now you start acting right when you move them with the warrior spirit. You get into the flow state, my friends, and in the flow state is where actual motivation and inspiration comes from. All of a sudden, I'm writing for two hours, right? Or I'm creating for two hours, and then it's like I go for a little walk and I'm inspired to create more. I'm inspired to write more. I'm getting ideas. I'm getting downloads, right? So identify what you want to do and be determined, resolve to do your best, and go forth as a flame, my friends. Beautiful things happen when you move with the

Those are the four steps for the morning routine to get more motivated, you know, and this can apply even, you know, later in the day after work, whatever, but in the morning, best time. So, what happens here is this. I, you know, I titled this video How to Stay Motivated Every Day, but it's actually how to be disciplined every day, because here's the thing. Motivation, inspiration follows discipline. If you are waiting for a feeling in order to act towards your dreams, you will die waiting. If you don't make the sacrifice to be disciplined now, your dreams will be the sacrifice, right? Motivation, inspiration follows discipline. Like I often used to pray for.

oh, I want to be more inspired. I want to be more motivated. And when I felt inspired and motivated, I would make videos, you know, I would create. I had a great day, but I was like one in three, one in four, one in five. And now I've realized it's not about praying for inspiration or motivation. It's about praying for absolute determination, praying for more warrior spirit, for more excellence and courage. And when I move with that in mind, motivation and inspiration meet me afterwards, because motivation and inspiration come to the man who's doing his work. Wow, thanks for watching, my friends. the extra gem, my friends, is to surround yourself with motivated people. Here's the thing: motivation, being energized, is a standard. It's an embodiment. It's not like, I felt motivated. It's like, I am motivated. I am motivation. And if you surround yourself with low-energy people, right, you become like them. Your subconscious takes that as the standard way of living, right? Especially if your standards here, and you want your standard to be up here, you need to surround yourself with people that have a standard up there, that are more motivated, that are go-getters, that are really living and embodying what they want to be and do, right? So, surround yourself with motivated people, even if it means removing low-energy people. Now, if you can't do that, there's two other things you can do. And that is get a mentor. Having a mentor who's inspiring you, who's masterminding with you, who's keeping you accountable, right? Every week you have that call and you feel more motivated coming into the week. And then

you become a motivated person as time goes on, right? Having a mentor is key. Like, I love my talks with my mentor, and it's just every single time I come into life with a little more clarity and a bit more motivation. Now, if you don't have those two things, go find a mentor, go find some friends. But something we can all do is consume better media. My friends, if you don't have friends who are motivated, find fictional characters who are motivated, people who are inspiring, people who are disciplined. There's so many. Like, a great book is Musashi. That's a great book off the top of my head. The Way of the Peaceful Warrior, great book. There's a lot like that.
