### The Power of Totality and Intensity in Life

There is only one thing which you can work with, which is beyond all materiality and spirituality, as a human being. You start to develop a totality intensity, so whatsoever you do, you do with totality. You commit to that action because that will break the barriers within you. All the methods are how to bring your energy to a boiling point. Only at a boiling point, your energy changes its form and starts to fly. Your wisdom becomes the cloud; before it was ice and water, and it becomes the cloud. So that intensity is totality, and this totality will make your work successful, will make spirituality successful, will make your relation successful. But the mind is afraid of totality and intensity because in that, the mind has no role to play. That intensity is the master of the universe; the totality is the totality of the cosmos. Life is total; it is right now with totality manifesting this present. It is not thinking and confused. So if I have to tell you just one thing which will make everything work, everything happen, that is make this

a commitment. Let this be your initiation to yourself that from today on I will function with totality. Whatever I do, function with full focus. Even if my mind is saying things I don't want to do, What about this? What about that? You tell it to shut up and decide that I have to do this now. I will do it only this right now. And remember one thing: at a time, do not think of 20 things while you're doing one thing. Just do the one thing. You will accomplish 100 things, one thing with totality. When you're chanting, become the chant. When you're walking, become the walk. When you're looking, become the look. Do not be half-half. Do not take out your camera and while you're looking, start to take selfies. Become the self, become the look. So, become your action, and in that becoming the action, you will discover what needs to be discovered. You cannot know awareness or witness or Shiva; you can only experience energy, and that energy, when experienced with intensity, then you become aware, the one which is aware of the

energy, but your mind cannot try that. That's where most of the people in a spiritual journey are up. They're trying to think about awareness, they're trying to witness, they're trying to do things which are not within the realm of mind. So, mind, you have to train your mind that this present moment and energy is the mother, is sacred. So, there you commit, that commitment is the secret to all relations. That commitment makes you an energy being and starts to flow towards the relation, towards the work, towards whatever you do. Life doesn't want your mind, life wants your energy, vibration, your electricity, and wherever your electricity flows, that's where the results happen, that's where the New Creations happen. The secret and key to all that is your totality in whatsoever you do, and that will give you a steel spine, and that totality will give you confidence. Then you don't have to worry about anything because you trust your totality. Whatever situation you will get, totally engaged, and that total total engagement is what creates breakthroughs. And if you look at the

history of human beings in the past. Everybody who did something in their life came to a breakthrough through their suffering, through whatever their passion. That breakthrough has to come within you. That happens by the intensity and totality, and this is the only secret which is worth remembering because BTI is a totality experience of KINI, is a totality experience of art, experience of singing, experience of success in life happens when you are total life. Understand only the language of totality. It does not understand the language of Mind, thoughts, confusion, and being victim, being a beggar. Life has given you all the powers; use them the way they need to be used, not to them with your mind, but to use them like a sacred activity. You are the temple, and you are the Divine, and what is missing is that you believe it is Divinity somewhere else and your mind full of inferiority complex, self-rejections, confused thoughts, and overlooks. Every time you feel a joy, you experience a totality. So remember this, let this be.

your focus in life becomes total rest. All will follow your swadharma, will take over. I wish I could tell you all some magic way in which it can just make magic happen, and that is not possible because we are in a magic [Music] zone, and that magic zone is missing because we have gotten into the non-magical zone of thinking and trying to figure out things through [Music] thinking. The only way to make that happen, to make magic happen, is that only option which is available: your own energy, which is in the present moment. That energy is trapped into the thoughts, into a way of thinking, and trying to figure out thoughts is a trap. It creates more thoughts. So, if you engage your energy with intensity, where you do not give any chance for your mind to think, but go intensely and madly into doing some action, that's why I suggested shaking, dancing, or chanting. In that, the mind wants to create more and more thoughts, so you use the same energy which is

going into thoughts into doing an intense action, and that action becomes your release. That action of energy breaks the pattern. You are trapped into that pattern of thoughts, and that is the way. That is why it is suggested in our scriptures that in Kaluga, the way will be ching name chanting, Divine name chanting. The deeper reason behind is you ignore your mind like a stubborn and adamant focus. You just keep on doing that action slowly, slowly. Your mind does not get energy, and it stops. As soon as the mind stops and you get into action, that's where you experience yourself as an energy being, and that experience is the solution. There is no solution for ideas and thoughts of depression, duality, and this and that. Somebody did that, I did that in the past. What is my healing? There is only one healing. That healing is the fire. That fire is the present moment, and I am showing you the ways how to plug into this present. Most of the questions are, You want me to take your question seriously? Whatever you're

thinking whatever you're going through the spiritual ideas going beyond the body. What is witness? What is not? These are not territories of the Mind. These are not the games of the mind. For that, you have to some part of your mind have to see the point that solution is not in the thought. And that is essentially the struggle between a teacher and a student. A student comes to learn, but he thinks that solution is there in the thoughts, and there is some mathematical equation which will just fix everything. It's not, because it's like darkness is trying to solve the darkness. This is the Trap. Your thoughts are darkness, and they're trying to solve the darkness. And this is where the trust works. You don't have to trust a guru or a teacher. You have to trust this law, this Dharma of energy. And that's what Shiva says in his first Sutra in Shiv Sutra, that intensity of energy breaks the pattern of Illusion. It destroys the illusion because when you are intensely engaged into any activity, that's why

people experience it during dancing, and you experience it briefly during sex or during drugs. What you experience is that you experience yourself as intense energy which is vibrating, and you have to trust that energy state of your being, not trust the thoughts. A master or a guru or a teacher represents that trust, that energy. His radiance and his grace is not of his thoughts; his radiance and his grace is that energy using the personality of the master and expressing itself in being you. The mind, you start to think that it must be some clever mind which is figuring that out. No, wisdom is in energy, and real surrender is surrendering to this energy moment to moment. This energy knows what to do next; this energy knows what is the cosmic plan and where the energies are going, but your mind can never know. Know this: your mind can never know, no matter how great books you have read, how great philosophies you know; your mind can never know, and it's always unknown. This energy is fresh, new, and powerful, but we do not trust that fresh, new, and powerful.

you do not trust anything powerful, anything overwhelming. That's why people freak out during shaking. That's why people don't like love. That's why people try to control sex. Because if you really surrender to sex, your body will take over, and you will discover a new aspect of your being. And that's why society controls. Because then you won't stay in a structure. You will enter the cosmic structure, which is always creative, which is always new, and which is always destroying and always creating. So if you have come here to learn something, this is what I am sharing and teaching: how to break that trust into thoughts and trust the being, the energy, the power you are, the fire you are. And you have to find ways into your life, and the key to that is totality. Become total into action so that your mind does not get energy to think, to mind. So it's very important. CU. This is not a slow, gradual process where you will see the point one day. No, you will not get it like that. Either you get it now, or you will

never get it, and that is the culmination of decisions people make, efforts for lives and lives till a decision is reached inside that either it can happen now or it can never happen. There is no time going on; it's always now, and in that mind is its game of thoughts and time and figuring out, and I will. There are past lives, there are past traumas. I will figure them out by Future. I will be better. No, none of that will happen. That is not possible. What's possible is the day you decide to change your portal, to make a jump, and participate directly. And the way to participate directly is to be total into your actions, be totally engaged. And that totality and that engagement does not happen because we are afraid of commitment, because commitment kills you. It gives you a new birth. When you commit to something, you are becoming new. So, if you are ready to be new every moment, so then walking becomes the walk, working becomes the work, when chanting becomes the chant, then the portal of now is open for you. Then

Cosmos is open because Cosmos is total. Cosmos is functioning only for now. Look at Sun, it's burning, it's burning only for now. And look at you, you are smoking for tomorrow. You're not letting your fire to burn, but your mind is consuming that fire and making it smoke, and everything is confused and Misty. So, this is what I have to say because so many people are asking so many questions. I have just one solution, and I am persuading you to come to that, that for a moment, drop that trap of your mind, doubt that, and jump into the present. It's not about trusting any Guru or anybody, it's about trusting your own energy which is breathing into you, which is beating your heart, which is digesting your food, which is fixing your sicknesses. This very energy is you, and mind can never understand that. And trusting that energy, testing that breath, it starts to guide you when you offer your trust. Then you activate this energy, wisdom, Cosmic wisdom to start to guide you. But right now, we have made a choice.

I have to figure it out with thoughts, so life says, Tatsu, go for it, try. And that game is comfortable because you can control the thoughts, guide the thoughts, and hence misery continues. So, when you're going to take a jump, that is the question. When you're going to say, Okay, so one, only one commitment you need, start to become total in whatsoever you do, become total. Do not hold back anything. Either you do it, be total into doing. If you don't do it, be total into not doing. So, develop totality, and it is the secret key for all the problems to figure out because, through totality, essentially, you're looking for juice. And totality is the way you find your inner juice. This half-hearted, confused, limp approach may give you some answers, but it won't give you the juice. 'Cause we are not looking for money, we are not looking for enlightenment, we are not looking for relationships, we are looking for juice, which happens during relations, which happens during drugs. That juice is your real

Paradise inside, and we briefly experience it here and there, from pleasures, from entertainments. And you think you are happy, you're enjoying. Asking for happiness is like asking for indulgence. You know, we don't even know when we ask to be happy, we are asking to indulge. Ask to be joyful, then there is only one indulgence worth having, that indulgence is into the present. Once you experience your juice, just mind disappears. Then mind becomes a servant to your internal juice and wisdom. Then it follows like a shadow, helping and supporting. Right now, your mind is the boss, that's what is killing everybody, that's what is killing the planet. So trust, trust the very energy you are, and become total and [Music] engage.
