I'm going to hit him with an objection and then we're going to bring him in. I don't want him to hear what they're going to say. And now, listen, listen. Hey, here's the deal. You guys are going to vote, right? Each time, who handled it better. Oh, okay. Who was a good old friendly

company. So here's what we got. We're gonna run in and we're gonna run evan and we're gonna put these here and we're gonna run one, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight, nine, ten. We have ten objections. We got ten objections. We're gonna run them all the way down and then we're gonna tally and we're gonna see who won and we're gonna rock and roll. Guess what? This is going to be fun. This is going to be something that you guys are going to look at 20 years from now and your GM's probably like, Oh man, this is great. one you already heard cool cool okay so we're outside on the lot right 2018 Toyota Camry 30,000 miles you guys know the drill right we just had Dan go through it and I say hey or so go ahead and ask me to buy it going out and ask you by the Camry yeah okay uh Andy thanks for thanks for taking on the test drive go on and park and sold roll come on inside and get you these numbers and get you squared away okay cool um well number one I appreciate it but I got a couple more cars that I want to go look at and then I'll get back with you sure Andy and I totally get it you want to take a look at more cars every customer wants to come down let me would you mind being more specific did you find this car you found this car in there am I right yeah so what we did is that we just basically printed out five or ten of them that we kind of have the right maybe criteria that we want to

see and in the past we've looked at, you know, five or six cars before we ever purchase, so we want to see all of them and then pick the best one. So that's why we came here first because you're closest to us, and I appreciate that. I don't want to waste your time, and I know you don't want to waste mine. You came down here because, number one, my car's either got the lowest mileage, then the best year, and or it's the lowest price. I'm sure you're not trying to waste your time. I'm not trying to waste yours either. Why don't you come inside, we'll figure out the right price for you, and we'll make it work for you guys. What do you think? All right, let's bring your brother. Could you sell 60 if you wanted to? I could absolutely sell 60 calls. Yeah, yeah. So he goes in, he helps close his deals in his company, helps sell cars, he helps do everything. He helps create the culture. They help with videos. They help with all kinds of stuff. Listen, guys. This is what it's about, right? We remember we talk about the master closer seminar. This is him versus his brother for a minute, and you guys are getting the idea to see what friendly camaraderie and competition looks like. You got to have this in your store. You got to create this. If you don't have it, you need to find it and make someone else that way with you. Okay, so anyways, number three, right? This one we're gonna move quick here. Um, so, so, hey, I just pulled up, you know. Hey, is that Priya still here? You said.

it was sold. And then I say, Hey man, I was only interested in the car you just sold. Okay, sure Andy, and I appreciate it man. We're the busiest store here in Aurora, that's why you came down to our store and you found that car that you like. So I get it man. I'm so sorry we sold like seven cars today, but I got an idea for you. Will you hear me out on my idea? Sure, okay. So here's the deal dude, that car wasn't even the greatest one on the lot. It had a couple scuffs in the back. You wouldn't even like that car. But I got one that's similar, maybe a little bit. The price is pretty similar. Don't even worry about that. Let's just make sure we find a car you love and I'll take care of everything for you. [Applause] God, all right, cool. So same deal. So hey, um, I was only interested in that 2018 Toyota Prius that was on the lot, right? You said you just sold it. I appreciate it.

was only interested in that car, so I appreciate you, Andy. I completely understand. You did your research on that one. Would you be interested in one with maybe a little bit lower miles, a little bit more equipment for the same money or less? Sure, let's go take a look. There we go. How many times does that happen and somebody say, Ah man, you know, are you sure I couldn't show you something else? No, you got to have the confidence. Look, you got to have the confidence. I look in your eyes to see if you believe and I love it. Who do you guys think did better, him or him on this? Now look, be honest. They both handled it. You like him, don't you? was my special niche which is what he said. It's actually part of our main objections is that, you know, hey, actually that wasn't even what wasn't even your nicest pitch. Okay, and he could have added that, but they both kind of went the same way, which is great. But would you hear that he said, hey, it's got a little couple scratches on the on the rear quarter panel, right? What even your nicest pick. I've actually got one is even a little bit nicer. I probably would have showed you even if that one was here. You probably wouldn't end up taking that one. You see, all of a sudden you got the customer's head thinking, okay, well, where should I go? What is it, you know, what should I do? And then all of a sudden you're moving them back into the process. The cell can't be closed until it's open. You're opening this up. Okay, good job, man. All right, we'll start with him. You out, let's roll the next one. All right, guys, here we go.

all right, so hey, and this one's gonna be a fun one. Okay, I really like this one a lot. Okay, so hey. So, um, I appreciate you showing me the car, right? And I like the car. And I'm going to stick to my word. Yeah, Andy, I completely understand. I'm a man of my word, just like I told you when you first showed up. So you know that this one, you've done your research, you know that this is the best pick for you. That's why you're here, Andy. So don't worry about that. If you want to spend your day running around dealing with salespeople like me, I've got to do it for a living. You don't have to. So why don't we do this? Let's just cut to the chase. You like the car, right? Yeah. Did you like me? Yeah. I'm so... I'm going to keep all my promises with you. Let me make you the best promise. It'll be the best car.

We got all kinds of different sales going on, but here's the deal: if you drive the car and if it doesn't drive right, and we spend all this time we get you and go through the process, and then you don't even like the car, what's the point, dude? I'm the customer, and I say, Hey, um, so before we drive it, what's the price? Andy: No words. You're in the right person, you're in the right place with the right people. [Applause] here's the thing you guys are both really good so i mean like when we're voting it's like we got to vote the best out of the best. yeah i mean the thing about this evan on that one had a way better body language and he was strong when he said so it kind of helped. yeah listen sir i'm surprised you didn't see the stickers quicker. Yeah. So, if you ask them like, are you just extremely happy with the deal? Is it, you know, right where you want to be? The answer's always going to be no. You know, and here's the deal, but, but I'm going to tell you this.

All right, so this is going to be the objection rate's a little too high, right? So hey, price, trade, payment, everything's on the table. And I say, hey, you know, I, I don't

want to pay 21. Yeah, that's okay. Andy, have you ever heard of braces? Sure, yeah. So what you have right now is everybody wants to get to the end goal of having perfect teeth, right? Would you say, would you agree? Yeah. So, um, what we're doing here is we're getting you to have those perfect teeth. But first, you got to have the braces. So we're getting those braces put on for you. Then after, you're going to be able to come in down the line. You're going to be able to choose whatever car you want. You're going to be able to go to whatever rate that you want. And this is going to set you up for the future. So what we're doing right now is getting a little bit of brace put on. We're going to get those teeth perfect. You're going to come back in two years, and you're going to be in whatever car you would like at the lowest possible rate, paying the bank the least amount of money. How's that? Okay. some information so that that way you know exactly how good you're winning in this deal. So Andy, you've already won in this deal, you're getting the tax savings for this deal. Let's go ahead and move forward so that you don't have to deal with all that and you know you got the most money here. Andy, come on, go ahead and sign. Okay, bring your brother. Come on, confident. But do you guys, do you guys, are you guys starting to see the body language, how big that plays out? One comes in with a little weaker body language, he may beat the other because the other guy's is softer. He doesn't believe his, since you mentioned it, he completely changed his. Oh yeah, oh yeah, he shifted, made a shift. All right, cool. So price, trade, payment, everything's on the table. Cool, right? I said, Hey, I appreciate it, but um, I think I'm just going to sell my car. All right, um, Andy, we need your tradesman and we really do think that that vehicle is something that could benefit on our lot.

You've gone through it and I said, Hey, I appreciate all the information. Um, but I don't want to drive that far about three hours away. I won't drive that far. Let's go for one local. Okay, Andy, I totally get it. And local is always great too. If you haven't driven the car, I understand. Is there anything that would stop you from coming down today if the price worked for you? If we had everything kind of set up over the phone, is there anything that would stop you from coming down right now to just take a look at it? Yeah, it would be definitely the time, which is why I look for one local. Okay, guys, this is getting dangerous. That's a tough one. No, it's not. Don't ever say tough. Okay, you got this. away from you, it's just too far. Andy, truck, Andy, I completely understand where you're coming from. I myself have bought things online many times. So here's the deal. You know this car would work for you, right? In terms of price, in terms of the deal, sure. Okay, so then let's just go ahead and lock it up, and we'll get it out to you. Or you can come down and pick it up. Whatever day works best for you. Which day works best for you? Well, the idea is I just want to look. Time is important to me. So I just want to look for one local, and I don't have the time to be going all the way down there. And I haven't driven it, so I'm not sure I want it. Yep, that, and that's very fair. I have a lot of customers that call from out of state all day long. So what we try to do is try to firm this deal up to make sure that you don't miss out on this. So here, let me tell you a couple

things we have people call all from all over the place so number one. They're calling on the price, the mileage, and how clean the car is. So we know that it meets all three of those. Handy, do you know that as well? Yeah, I think it's great. It's just time. I don't have the time. Okay, so I don't want to. I don't want to communicate.
