what's up, everybody. This is day two, and I actually have like two subscribers and like I don't know, maybe 30-something views. I don't know how it happened, but I'm going to keep going. You know, whoever finds these videos finds it useful. Um, that's pretty amazing because your life's going to [Music] change. I'm going to talk about something pretty simple and that you guys and everyone has to have experienced in life to prove my point of how easy this is. So, you ever notice like you'll be having a conversation with somebody or you'll just think of something random, but you have like a real good focus on it, like it's a focal point, either of a conversation or a thought, and then you kind of just like move on with your day. You only thought about it for like what, I don't know, a few minutes. You visualize it in your head for a few minutes or you're talking when you think. It's an affirmation. Anyway, everything's an affirmation. Every

thought is an affirmation. So, did you notice that that very thing shows up in your reality? Well, if you're open to receive that anyway. Like, for example, you talk about a certain car, you start seeing it. You talk about even things that aren't coincidences. Like, I remember I was talking with someone about a red necklace. You don't really see red necklaces, and probably within about 4 hours when we turned the TV on, the very first thing we saw on the screen was a red necklace. Like, it was like some woman on the news being interviewed, and she was wearing one. Little things like that. So, this gets to my main point of this video, is being neutral. When you're neutral, and a lot of people will say, um, actually hold that down, being neutral. I'll get back to that part. I don't want to go on tangents as much as I have been. So, the way things come to you, the way you are able to receive things that you manifest, is to be in a neutral state. The feeling is the secret is being

neutral. It is. I look at it as people want to say you have to match the frequency of the desire you want. I don't look at it that way. I look at it as you have to have your desire match the frequency of your neutrality. Prime example: living in the present moment is crucial. Your mind is at its most calm state when you're in the present moment. It's not like an ocean all over the place like a high tide and a very windy day, right? When you're in a present state, your mind is more calm and open to receive the thoughts that are crossing through. It's almost like there's a portal you open with your thought. Your thought sends something out in order for it to come back to you like a boomerang because thoughts are like a boomerang. You should check out Reality Transurfing, that book, phenomenal. In order for it to come back, there can't be in the way, and when shit's in

the way it's like it can't get back. I can't. It's like putting up an electric fence for your dog, and he can't get by it 'cause there's just like an energy. You're putting this energy, sometimes it could be even good too. You could be like trying to force positive energy or negative, whatever, and it just gets blocked. Like, it won't, can't figure out a way through. So, with a neutral mind, living in the present moment, it allows for things to come through. So, what I'm getting at is be more present of what you're doing, and a good technique that you could try is I'm pretty good at multitasking. Keep it so LAX and chill, just like how when you manifest things by accident. People say, You ever notice people like, 'Oh, I was manifesting. I've been trying to manifest something,' and the second I didn't care about it, it showed up. I let it go. No, it's not that you let it go. It's that I'm trying. It's that you started

Living, and you left the portal open. That's what happened. And another thing, your higher self doesn't forget what you want. If it helps you to affirm all day, go ahead. If it helps you to stay in your 40 all day, go ahead. But in reality, if you live in the present moment, you only need to declare at once, like choosing something to watch on streaming on TV, you know, like on a streaming app. Second, you choose what you want, it plays, right? That's what you do. So, for example, if I'm just sitting at my desk on my laptop, I'm living in the present moment. If the thought of my desire comes to mind, I will keep it as neutral as possible. Say SP, like I'll be working, working, I'll think of her instead of trying to conjure up this great emotion, a feeling. I'll be like, Oh yeah, I can't wait to see you later, can't wait, keep working. Yeah, I love how happy we are now. I'm just keep working. T tips and tricks to

stay in the present moment is like freaking pinch yourself or you know look at your hand as you say it and do this all the time that way you match your desire to your present day frequency and it becomes normal because when you have something it's normal for you right yeah when you first get it you might be excited but after a while you know like a shiny new car it's like yeah it's it's there I got it that goes for everything in your life I got it that's why people with SPS I talk about SPS a lot cuz every everyone's big thing they get comfortable right yeah I got her now I'm comfortable and then that's when the thoughts wander and then that's when reality changes because you kind of remove yourself from the present moment of having them and then your thoughts wander to what's going to happen What could they do and all that stuff so I hope that makes sense just stay I don't want I don't like going longer than seven minutes I um just affirm or

visualize in your most calm, neutral state, and keep it moving. We were meant to live the life we are in, right, and enjoy the experience. You can't enjoy the experience if your brain looks like a lake after you throw a stone into it and all the ripples, you know what I mean? Calm mind allows yourself to receive. So, affirm neutral, visualize neutral, like, Yeah, I already got it. It's like just reminding yourself, Yeah, it feels great. Yeah, it's part of my life. That's all you got to do.
