Last year, I was in Dubai, and I caught a very high fever on the last day. I shouldn't say this, but I felt that it was my last day. It was difficult for me to come back to India. After 1-2 days, at 3 o'clock in the morning, I opened my eyes. I felt like puking, and I noticed that there's blood in my vomit. I told my doctor, and the next day, I was in the hospital. And in those 3 days of being in the hospital made me realize that I am playing with wrong things. And I got to know that I'm not taking care of myself, taking a toll on Mental health. Sometimes I feel powerless, you don't have the confidence in oneself. Heartbreaks, family problems, job Youtube, not having the strength to manage all together. I thought I was in depression, having the symptoms of depression, or maybe having actual depression. After this, having no joy in your own achievements, having self-doubt in everything.

Comparing yourself all of the time and being jealous. Trying to go to gym but not being consistent for more than 1-2 months. Dying out of confidence in your looks. Lesser going out of home and whenever you go out, you never forget a mask. Being awkward meeting with your subscribers cause you don't feel that you're good enough. Getting up late in the morning without any energy because you've scrolling through phone until 1-2 o' clock in the morning. Sleeping after comparing yourself, sleeping with the regret of not doing anything in the whole day. So, how can anyone get up with energy? It's true, right!! Screen time being higher than 8 hours due to watching reels, so much of drop in attention span that you're not able to sustain in a productive video for more than 2 min and eventually scrolling back the reels and just regretting the entire day. In the name of diet just eating two meals of the day, with no protein eating junk food, skipping meals and without which your success, your money, your family.

everything will be left behind. Then your body taking it for granted. Why should we workout? Why should we follow a diet? We're busy in the race of earning money, right! And where do we have time with us? All of this has been done. And my friend, now you've 100 days to develop yourself. So Guys, from 10th May, I'm going to start 100 days challenge to become the best version of myself. To unleash my superior self. And I want you all to support me as well in this 100 days challenge. In this challenge, you need to follow 5 rules daily. Firstly, you've to workout for 1 hour every day. For me, it's going to be weight training. I'll be going to a gym. For you, it could be other sport. For me, apart from Gym, it can be running some day. It can be yoga. And some day, I guess the one that I like, it could be cycling as well.

But, you guys have to decide for yourself. Second is following a diet plan. I am not telling you to follow fancy diets. You need to have homemade food. Until now, we've been eating a lot of junk food and sugar. From now on, we've to avoid sugar and junk food, and we've to make sure that we eat a sufficient amount of protein every day. Third is dedicating one hour every day towards learning a new skill. And you've to learn such a skill which can help us to earn money. For me, it is content creation, and I've thought about a lot of other things, like I want to learn trading, different software, Power BI. For you, it can be anything, it could be video editing, photo editing, it can be anything but it's important to give one hour for such a skill which can help us to make an extra source of income. Fourth is reading 10 or more pages of any self-help book. That would be 1000 pages within a 100 day.

which is equivalent to around 4-5 books, and in an entire year, we'll be reading 14-15 books. Fifth, last but not the least, Drink enough water. You have to drink 4 liters of water for sure. Either way, at any cost. Guys, for the next 100 days, I'm going to upload 100 reels/shorts, which will be uploaded on my Youtube channel and Instagram, in which I'll be giving my daily update on what happened today, what new did I learn today, and through those reels, all of my knowledge that I'm going to learn through this process, the productivity tips, health tips - I'm going to share all of it.
