When I calculated the rent and labor costs, I realized that I need to sell at least 1.5 million won per day. If I can't sell that much, the deficit keeps piling up like crazy every day. However, even though I opened the store, on the first day, I only sold 160,000 won. Then, on the second day of opening, I sold 170,000 won. By the way, I want to thank our sponsor, Our Order, for supporting me with the kiosk. I didn't know I would fail this badly. I thought about filming a bit when I opened at first, but I didn't feel like filming or anything. If only I could turn back time, that's the only thought I have. When I think about this growing pile of debt every day, I feel like I'm losing my mind.

I realized how great YouTube was and how hard I worked in the early days to grow it. Now that I think about it, I really thought it was a big deal. So, after a while, I asked people around me what they thought was wrong with my store. First of all, they couldn't tell if I was selling coffee or what. I need to put up at least some posters or something. But it was Sunday evening, what could I do? I decided to sell large iced Americanos for 1,000 won as an open event, making banners and posters by hand. I managed to somehow figure it out and showed it to the owner. He said it was frustrating, so I felt a bit frustrated too. Yes, I'm quite frustrated. I stuck the printed materials on in the morning like that.

We are celebrating the official opening day on this somewhat first Monday. As the CEO of a modern poem, I arrived first at 5:33 a.m. to raise the shutters. Welcome, Jeon-nim. Hello. Please take care of things. It's the third day today, we made 170,000 won, 170,000 won, so let's do well today. It's the first weekday today, so let's try to make some profits. It's sticking a bit. It's a bit annoying to stick it like this. But I felt a little bit after failing for two days. I'm also seeing these people for the first or second time, so it's a bit awkward with the part-timers. There are many staff members. Nuna said that many customers come at this time, so I prepared a lot, but there are not many. I'm very anxious. Come in now. The machine looks sophisticated. I invested in it. Nuna will be very busy.

So, I have to sell it for 500,000 won. Can I ask about the price? It seems like it usually sells for around 30 million won. Just this one, just this one, only this one. Guest number 502, right? Yes, a photo, yes, yes, yes, oh yes, I will take it. Please wait a moment. You haven't revealed the location yet, but fans recognize it, people passing by recognize it, and those who come by recognize it. In fact, there were a few people over the weekend. Why do you think the cafe failed last time? The reason the last one failed may not be just the location. Some may have come just for the location. Have you ever thought about the opposite? Actually, here, I pushed it a bit because I really liked the place. I'm sorry for pushing you to try it here. I feel sorry for you because it's tough. Keep working hard on YouTube, and let's listen to this easily.

I thought, oh, that's not it. It's been made from blood for 10 years, but I think I forgot about that. If I could turn back time, since there are many employees, the boss would just go out and be busy, thinking that, but no, I'm not blaming anything. Yes, yes. No, from what I heard, you don't use Sangji and do it yourself. You do everything from kneading to baking directly at the store. Actually, bread is bread, but when I have free time, I know how to make pizza. Pizza, yes. I want to make and eat pizza. There must be an oven for that, but if you make pizza in the bakery oven, it will smell. It will smell. You can use a separate oven for cooking. Then it's not possible. Since we manage it thoroughly and manage the bread thoroughly, maybe the employees notice and substitute their lunch with that. The producer said yes.

Not only that, but if you have breakfast, lunch, and dinner with that, it becomes a new pizza, right? You might think that the welfare is good like this, but you have to include real ingredients in the new pizza. Until now, the deficit has been severe, so if you think about it from the perspective of an employee, how would the boss feel? Even before the construction, before the cooperation advertisement, they said they saw it through the shutter hole all the time. They brought coffee, one or five cups, and tasted it, researched it, and progressed secretly. What could be the reason? No, maybe they wanted to catch a glimpse and prepare it more deliciously. They also wanted to treat you well. How many cups should be sold in a day if it's 3,000 won per machine? I hope you don't mind if I ask. I'm asking for a lot of things right now.

If you have it, I heard that you are from Japan. Are you a student? If not, are you curious about yourself too much, don't hold back what you're curious about, sorry, because I'm interviewing you. Just a moment. So, how old are you two? Oh, not at all. Are you a teacher? Are you the one who likes the person you like now? I didn't call you to make friends. Are you always nice, Director? Kind and kind. I'm not really [music] really. It's the first or second time we've met. I don't know my true nature yet. Oh, you'll find out later. The staff kept watching from the side. The characteristics of the second person who trained briefly the day before yesterday is that when training, you take notes very diligently. You were taking notes so diligently, but then you left them behind. The staff are Japanese women.

Was there a reason for selecting you? We prioritized foreigners who cannot write reviews for Euneun Planet. It's not like anyone is saying that customer service is very important. If polite responses are important, then shouldn't the staff come out and the boss go in? Why do polite staff keep coming out? Why are they being selected? Why do they keep coming forward? There are so many kiosks installed in front, what is the reason for installing so many? Our advisor is very busy in the morning, so if there is a shortage of pierces, people get stressed. So, I think some of them can be turned off. It seems like the electricity bill will increase. If I could turn back time, even if I could, what are you trying to do in front of the kiosk?

Pretending to be a guest, there's a bit of that kind of atmosphere, right? It feels right, but it seems like you're asking the staff, and it feels awkward. Yes, how do you evaluate the taste of the bread? If it's in that price range with that quality, even the stars are lacking. It seems like it would improve a bit in terms of balance in the future. [Applause] [Music] Oh, you seem busy, so it might be your first time, and you might not adapt well. Yes, you seem scattered. You seem scattered after failing once, right? Yes, I'm curious if you can succeed in opening a cafe. Actually, before that, there was a good spot for a pop-up, so I tried it once. Do you regret it? Later, it seems like I did it about 50 times yesterday and the day before yesterday. Oh, I'm so busy, but the producer isn't helping at all. It's going well in the morning, right? Yes, about the event, is it okay to remove that? Since it's the beginning, let's inform for now. Then, I'm not sure what time to come out and what time to go in.

First of all, I left at 5:30 today, and I have things to do until 10 p.m. Since it's the first day, I think I should stay all day. I can't make videos. Can I ask what kind of work this is? Please apply egg white to give a glossy finish on the surface and reduce moisture loss, please do it at 577 degrees. But there aren't many people who understand it as much as I thought. Oh, my fans are sleeping at this time. Right now [music] there is one more thing. But, for the most delicious taste, let it cool down and eat. Hello, you've worked hard on the extension and you're here now. I stopped by because I was worried. It must be reassuring. Thanks to my sister for helping me so well, I'm very happy. Even though I don't know anything, it feels like family is the best. What are you talking about? I think it's a bit tough because you're really busy, so some difficult things seem to disappear, but

It's good in a way that when you just keep doing your job without any thoughts, it seems good, but the boss said one bread didn't come out, so the customer is waiting. They said they experienced this for the first time at work. If you're this busy and absent-minded, when do you usually eat? It's my first day today, so I'm not sure. I'm hungry. I'm feeling so overwhelmed right now. It feels like they're cleaning my mind. They keep filling up things one by one. It's reassuring. Can I bring a chair and sit down? It seems like I can, but are they intentionally not letting me? Don't tell me to leave. I saw more people than in the cafe earlier. I came out in the morning, and the owner said, Hello. The owner said, I'm a subscriber, and immediately watched the live broadcast. When they saw my ice cream machine, they were like, Could it be our house? They were so surprised. Wow, why here?

Did you come here? Like, if you keep saying that the money isn't coming in well, you keep exaggerating, exaggerating, making money well, but you seem like a very good person, so I think we can get along well. Let's cheer each other on. And having more than one coffee shop is better than having just one coffee shop. More customers come. Because there are so many houses here, but there is only one coffee shop. It's slow, so people go somewhere else. So, even if one house has more coffee, it's okay. Did you come knowing that it would be so hard to run a cafe? It's okay. Oh, it's okay. How long have you been in Korea? It's been two months. But you're doing really well. It seems like you're doing better than the owner. What time do you come? I'll come. I'll go get the money and come back. Oh, come on in. It's 81. Enjoy your meal. Are you a subscriber? Thank you. Thank you to the subscribers. They are very gentle.

It seems like many people are not talkative and don't show much emotion. But there is something in their eyes, like they miss living in Japan. Do you miss living in Japan? Oh, why is that? Just stay here, don't run away. Are you going to the restroom? I was worried you might run away. Did you leave your phone behind? Oh, you forgot your passport. There must be a reason why you chose that employee. In the morning, I saw that the advice from your sister-in-law is very helpful. It's reassuring to work with a rare boss like you. What is the best thing about working with me, the boss? Oh, it's okay if you don't have one. Are the other employees coming in the afternoon then? It must be tough. If you stay long, why do you keep asking about age? You didn't get the number, that's why you kept hanging around. I'll get it for you. Thank you.

Thank you, yes, I will do it. I mean, things like hand washing, it looked dirty overall, really dirty. I'll write it well. When you look at it, it looks like a child drew it. What is this? I don't know if I did it wrong. I think the boss just left it there. Oh, it came out wrong. Yes, the boss gave it to me, so I'm scolding like this. Oh, they ran away. Oh, they were filming. Maybe as you continue your YouTube activities, was there a moment or motivation to start a business? YouTube is like a day-to-day life that you never know when and how it will disappear, right? Therefore, it's good to diversify your income even though it's always uncertain. You never know when it will disappear, when it will lose popularity. If that's not clear, let's start with the basics. Can you disclose the startup costs? This, this is... But it's not easy to gather like that, right? It's not easy to gather. Now, I...

Oh, let's pull in some future income and the money we earn now should go to the future. Why is there bread here? I didn't order bread. It doesn't make sense. Our yellow-haired subscriber and customer, excuse me, it seems like we missed something. We are looking for the owner. If you come, we will give you this and next time you come, we will give you two breads. Sorry, we will figure out whose fault it is later while editing. We will be very careful. First, we will give you the bread. [MUSIC] The first bulk order has arrived. Oh, no, you can't eat five breads. It's delicious, but you shouldn't eat that many. I thought you would rest in the afternoon, but you keep coming out to help. You can't rest. Whenever you see your younger sibling, your heart aches. Oh, you can't be that sad. It's like raising a child.

Do you have any thoughts about starting a cafe with the same concept? Do you recommend it? Or do you not recommend it? It seems quite challenging. It doesn't seem easy to succeed, and it seems very difficult. Of course, there are no easy tasks, but it seems quite challenging. Maybe it's not just about enjoying the benefits. I think there are many good people around the owner. There are many good people around. Oh, really? Oh, then, because it's lacking, should I buy it now? I'm doing it now. It costs only 2,500 won. I'm targeting to dominate the bread market in Korea. This is crazy. How can I buy a set for 2,500 won, is it 2,000 won? Or is it 1,500 won? It's a big deal, it's 3,500 won. Is the stuff on that table for tasting? Oh no, they are for the homeless people who keep asking. They keep asking the same question. It's not the same question, I just put them there as samples.

I'm scared. I have to write this. Is it a sample now, or are you giving it to me in advance? Oh, this is scary. Can that be possible? Teacher, we always make it fresh when condolences come in. What would be the goal in the future? Oh, there are many deep questions. I couldn't sleep. I'm worried about the deficit, so I'm working harder to be more stable and smoothly. Even if we can get some pocket money, it would be nice, and we could use it as material. It would be nice to have subscribers to give us strength, right? Thank you so much. Thank you. I would like to thank those who will come in advance. Please support us a lot. Thank you. This day was supposed to be the first Monday, and I pasted those printed materials quite a bit. I wonder if it had some effect.

On the first day of opening, the sales exceeded one million won. But the problem is that it wasn't just selling normally. I sold ice Americano for 1,000 won as an opening event, with a double shot included, so the profit margin was only 20%. In the early days, I expressed my hope that subscribers wouldn't come, but in the comments, people who come no matter what, even if it's far away, diligently leave reviews and search for the place. Of course, I am very grateful for their visits, but selling the ice Americano for 1,000 won now is a loss. However, I accepted one cup. I am still in the red as I am promoting heavily in the area. If people keep coming like this to make purchases, it will be difficult to get out of the red.

Even on the very first day, even if I get a little bit of money, I really wanted to sell it to anyone and go out. Since I've started, I really want to work hard and turn this into a profit. Even if I leave, I want to make sure to put it on the right track. Oh, I really feel the urge. Everyone, keep your eyes wide open and watch. I will show you that I will work hard and definitely put it on track, so please support me. From now on, there's no point in hiding this position, so I will just reveal it to a certain extent and try to create content. Thank you for watching the video today, and I will see you in the next video. Take care, everyone.
