Great question. So, how these goals are discussed is that we each have these assemblage points, meaning the point at which we come into reality. Now, reality, if you imagine like when you're younger, you're a child; there's a way that you process reality.

And as you become more present, you can even start seeing in the child's eyes as the child becomes more and more aware that, 'Hey, I'm actually here,' all the way to you start seeing the child develop a certain level of character. So what happens is, when we have gone

through some type of trauma, what has actually occurred is that there's been a large amount of energy removed from our field during that point, and that can, at times, stunt our growth. It's like, literally, that energy could be used to do other things, and because we

can't retrieve or recover that energy, then it's leaving us at a certain point without that energy, and we need that energy. This causes us, once again, to reflect back into that moment, then we become almost transfixed between that process of just reflecting on that moment; that's

what we will call trauma and traumatization, right? So what happens is, the only way that we can overcome such things is actually to tap into energetic signatures that have the ability to override those frequencies. And this is why, I mean, quite frankly, you

know, I've seen people go on journeys that I didn't, as an optimist, accept that there would be much change from the character that they kept dialing into; into greater authorities than myself, or the self that I had achieved at that point; we're capable of

Stepping in, and that was the plants. So then we have these plants, and we have these minerals, and we have these things around us that have the greater energetic potential to override, or cause an actual diametric opposition to, trauma. We find that it is possible that

those things have been placed around us, or circumstances just like this, to give us a segue into something that we now need to overcome, but also to allow an experience to occur that was necessary. So you could see how talking—it's never going to actually bring full

comfort in a person's heart—to that experience was able to achieve that. They would literally need to be run back through that process again. So now we would need to reverse time just to explain to you why other things have energetic potential and why that's useful to you.

So now, armed with this knowledge that you would need to basically move through time—time's like a current, so it's like a wave—but what you need to do now is you need to go against the current. It's like you need to go against the tide.

The interesting thing is that the only way to get through something like that is to go into acceptance and loving frequencies. Because what that's going to do is it's going to start to dial in the synchronicities that need to occur in order for you to find the

solution. Because acceptance and love are words, and what happens is that when we need something deeper than words, when we need something deeper than even spells of soothing and spells of healing, then we now are at that crossroads with ourselves to say, okay, who

Is my ally who can give me the energy I need to make this journey? Or what can give me this energy I need to make this journey? What part of myself? So this is what I would recommend: exploring kingdoms. Remember, you have the kingdom of metals,

and you'll know because you'll know, even in your own craft, what you're more attracted to. You have this kingdom of metals. And when I say kingdom of metals, we have to realize that when we have a connection with

something—let's say gold, you know, so there's gold, zinc, these kinds of things—when you see it and you try to tap into it, you can actually get a response back from, you know, what it can do for you. And then when you put

it into your organism, and let's say you then take some zinc, you then take some gold, magnesium, etc., you now have it directly with you. So then what you'll find is, through this—there's a specific word for this, it's escaping me right now—

but through this, basically this integration, this process, this ritual, if you may, that you're going through with yourself, you build up the energetic potential that actually recreates that space and time, and then you're then armed with what is necessary to feed the energy that was present

during that moment. And then that is what's like putty over a hole; it's what allows it to begin to heal, so that way you can keep moving. So once again, this is not something achieved by mere mental comprehension at all; there must be action, there must be an
