[Music] What's going on everyone? About 55% of the S&P 500 closed up in the green today and the S&P 500 actually broke past its all-time high, so that was awesome to see. In today's video, we have some pretty big news to cover, not only

related to today's price action but also some big news to some tariffs that Trump announced which sent some auto manufacturer stocks tanking lower. On top of that, we are seeing Bitcoin and some popular stocks like MSTR start to pull back in a major way, and we also have

some pretty interesting data that uh basically looks back at 75 years worth of market history and shows what the market normally does around this time. We're seeing some pretty good price action in the market right now, and while some uh some areas of the market like

Bitcoin are pulling back a little bit, this can end up being a pretty good opportunity if you position yourself correctly. Either way, stick with us all the way until the end, and besides that, Tom, let's get right to it. Yeah, it's a crazy day, and it's going to be a crazy

week as well as we have the holiday going on. Don't forget that the market is closed Thursday, and then we have that early 1 p.m. close on Friday, so don't forget about that. But the market, Mike, made a new all-time high like you said

right at the end of the day here and in after hours. We'll see how high it can get, but it's sitting like right around 60130 right around the high in after hours, so we'll see how high it can go into tomorrow. But Mike, whenever I think

about the market today one thing comes to mind and it's the Trump tariffs we've been hearing a lot about Trump's tariffs and I've been thinking of a bunch of different situations and stocks that this could affect of course you first think about China stocks because of

China tariffs right but one of the bigger things is these Auto OEMs like you mentioned like General Motors Ford Etc uh some of the numbers I'm hearing like with General Motors losing some of their margins is honestly blowing my mind exactly so basically we had some news

come out recently where Trump announced that uh he's going to be tariffing Mexico and Canada pretty hard among other countries like certainly China and basically Auto Manu auto manufacturer stocks like General Motors certainly did not like to hear this uh the problem that is going on here is that some

stocks like General Motors are already operating with some pretty thin margins as they only have an operating profit margin of 8% for 2019 and if these tariffs to uh Mexico and like Canada do go through uh that would affect GM in a

pretty bad way and it could actually uh shave their operating profit margin down by like 2 to 3% so basically uh GM can lose about like 25 to like 37% of their annual like operating profit uh just because of this event and you

know that certainly explains why the stock is down 9% on the day GM took a big hit and this news definitely is a risk for them going forward it is and GM has been outperforming a lot of the other auto manufacturers in the short

term you know if we look at Ford's chart they've been kind of stuck down in the dumps I'm not surprised to see them down today but General Motors has actually been outperforming and on this recent uptrend with the overall market has been

following along quite well you can tell like from the beginning of the year here with General Motors I I can't believe it almost saying this but it's at highs it was up over 70% that's pretty insane for something like GM but uh as we can tell

it's starting to turn over pretty hard and I feel like Mike that we're starting to see a bunch of stocks in the market all turn over at the same time it's like we're not just seeing GM and Ford and uh these other stocks turn over on this

news you know we also have China stocks turning over and then even tech stocks are starting to turn over in the short term as well which can just add more fuel to the fire yeah and even look at Bitcoin too that thing is pulling back quite a bit and it's all the way back

down to the $91,000 level so you know there's like multiple things to take away from this the first thing is that we are seeing a bit of profit taking but moves like this are also just normal healthy and expected you know if you're a Bitcoin

bull and you've been riding this wave from 60,000 all the way up to 100,000 you have to be willing to accept the pullbacks too or else you just shouldn't be trading at least a stock is volatile at

least as volatile as Bitcoin but uh what I take away in the short term with this is we are seeing a little bit more of like a shift in ultra short-term trend you know when you look at Bitcoin or even Bitcoin related stocks like MSTR which has been an

extremely popular one lately you know this one pulled back close to 40% from its all-time high so you know these stocks are moving in big ways and I say the like I would say like the biggest thing to take away from this is you have

to be willing to adapt with these trend changes you know the worst thing anyone could do is get married to one side you know like if someone is only an MSTR bull or only an MSTR bear you know there there's give and take with that but if

you're willing to like you know adjust your bias to what the market is actually like uh presenting I think that's the best way to actually like practically navigate a volatile stock like this one but yeah it's been crazy lately yeah and there's actually been a lot of people

banking off of puts with it lately you know and great job to those traders out there and of course there's some people that might uh might get stuck a little bit into it but you know try to adjust as much as you can looking at MSTR in the

short term there is some pretty big support coming up right around 319 to $320 and then of course I'm sure everyone's going to be watching $300 even as it keeps dropping so there's definitely some big levels coming up that will be on the radar with this one

and for tomorrow the low of the day today was right right off of the $340 mark so there's another nice whole dollar level that we can watch for tomorrow as another good support sounds good I think uh MSTR is going to present some great scalping opportunities in the

short term but I don't love it for options due to how aggressively priced they are I think shares are the way to go with this one I know super boring I bet a lot of people won't like that but this one is trending in a strong way in

both directions and I think it'll be one definitely worth keeping on the radar but on a much better uh more optimistic front uh there was actually some news between Israel and Lebanon today and how a permanent ceasefire has been accepted so this is awesome basically uh the

United States and France like brokered this deal and they actually came to an agreement so this is really good news and uh I'm glad to see it oh my gosh Mike at the end of Biden's presidency he comes through with a pretty good uh

pretty good deal here right that's pretty cool Israel and Lebanon or you know Hezbollah I guess as we should say uh you know it gets a little weird over there in that region if you guys haven't studied up on that but uh nonetheless this deal was brokered we talked about

this yesterday you know there was like a 36-hour window that we talked about and ended up happening pretty quickly so that was good to see and overall I think it's a great situation now it might not be such a great situation for some of the oil stocks though I am getting a

little bit worried about some of these uh recent plays like Oxy for example which is falling down to support and I'm also worried about the key crude oil support as well which is down around 65 now crude is still pretty far off of that $65 mark But if we see the next

couple days post is red and that starts to test it's going to get a little freaky out there that's the thing and like you said this uh you know ceasefire is a big risk to oil stocks and it's really just about managing that risk

like like you said if we do see a breakdown that'll be like even worse but the great thing about trading is that you don't have to get attached to any specific side you know it's more so about like adapting and reacting to like the circumstances rather than trying to

predict like every minute uh detail so uh oil stocks are definitely worth keeping on the radar as they are at a pretty pretty critical point right now so good stuff there but uh you know the market itself has just been crushing it lately especially over like the uh past

couple of months or so and uh we're actually heading into a pretty strong time of the year as well if we go back and look at 75 years worth of data we could see that uh basically the end of November tends to be pretty strong on

average and Tom I would even say it's like one of the stronger segments of the entire year when you look at this data yeah exactly like I almost can't pick another box that has like eight data points in it then you know find a box

That's this nice now, of course, there might be some like where the overall percentage is that good, but as far as R is like just such a good streak of days that's uh that's pretty uncommon. You know, you usually see at least a couple of uh you know, down down days mixed in.

But overall, it looks pretty good here. We're in a good time and you know a lot of people say that this is due to some of the holiday spending. I know that Black Friday is coming up. We have Cyber Monday coming up as well and usually this is a

time of the year where a lot of spending goes on. Yeah, it's interesting nonetheless and uh as we're I guess you could just say on the topic of market performance or just the overall market in general, you know Tom, we're at all-time highs right now. What are the

key levels for tomorrow? Yeah, it's hard to find them right, especially as SPY posts these highs and you know I would love to look at the book map, but we hit the highs right at the end of the day, so it's like hey, you know, we'll see what

it's looking like tomorrow morning. If you want to insight hop into the Discord, ask me for the SPY book map, but uh nonetheless I'm looking for 602 tomorrow morning. Of course, that'll be the first bigger level on watch uh in the short

term. I think a lot of traders are going to be looking for 604 to 605 though. That's going to be a bigger range overhead and of course every like $5 mark on the SPY is considered like a pretty decent psychological level, so 605

to 604 will be the range that I think a lot of traders will try to target as far as support we have to watch 599 and 600 now because since we're breaking through that level this previous uh supply zone now becomes a demand zone right or

previous resistance now becomes support so we're going to have to watch this level closely if 599 breaks down watch for 597 after that but uh with the way we're running here I'm not sure we'll pull back that hard yeah I mean this

$600 level is pretty strong and it's phenomenal to see not only a break through the level but also a break past the all-time high in general so like there's no better way to go into Thanksgiving than an all-time high break

so that's really awesome and I think like what a lot of this like short-term price action will come down to in the short term is is one how big tech stocks move because as we know uh not all stocks are created equally in the stock market you know companies like Microsoft

Nvidia Apple Amazon and stocks like that matter a lot more than you know let's say I don't know some company like Procter and Gamble uh that doesn't have as much of an influence in the market but is still important uh so basically

over these next couple trading days let's keep an extra close eye on big tech stocks because you know they've uh certainly been fueling a lot of the market gains over the past year and uh the same thing can be said in the short

term as well, but another thing that's certainly worth keeping on the radar are some of the earnings and events for tomorrow. Uh, we don't really have too much going on on the earnings front. We can see that we have a couple companies set to report before open, but

realistically there's not really much there given the holiday, but we do have some uh key economic data points tomorrow before open. Yeah, that's going to be pretty huge tomorrow with the economic data points. We're going to be looking at the PCE data, which for

anyone that doesn't know, that's actually the Federal Reserve's key inflation gauge, so this is going to be a huge reading tomorrow morning, one hour before the market opens. And on top of that, we have durable goods GDP growth rate as well, and personal income, personal spending

which kind of goes with PCE, but uh there's a lot going on tomorrow. Um, and of course, the market being closed Thursday plays a role into that. We're even going to see the uh weekly initial jobless claims come out one hour before open tomorrow as well, so it's going to

be a flurry of economic data points there, Mike. That's for sure. Long story short, check the news tomorrow before you trade. Check the news, see what's going on, and look at how the market is reacting. Economic data points like the ones Tom listed out do have market moving

potential. Uh, another thing that we definitely have to cover is some of the FOMC minutes information from today where basically we found out the surprise, surprise, the Federal Reserve is expecting a very gradual rate cut, which is good and bad. Essentially what this means in the short

term is for a whole lot of nothing in terms of interest rate movement uh basically for like the next three FOMC um events all the way out until March of 2025 interest rates are expected to be basically the same we're there's like a

66% chance that we will see a rate cut on December 18th but like once that happens there's not too much going on in interest rate world yeah I'm kind of glad to hear that actually because uh I've been kind of sick of all this up

and down with the Fed's when are they going to cut when are they not right hopefully on this next one they cut but then they pause for a little while you know maybe give the market some time to breathe although I will say maybe it

doesn't need some time to breathe right because it's been so uh so amazing this year I'll be honest I think uh Jerome Powell in the Federal Reserve has done a great job to keep the markets as high as they have and I know a lot of people might

disagree with me in the comments I can't wait to read those but uh but you know it's been a great year honestly for stocks and one of the best years in a while so uh we got to give it to the man the myth the legend we just had one of

the most or the highest inflationary periods in a long time and hey we come right back right back at it with all these new highs shout out JPow all right well let's get right into the good stuff for today which are some setups and predictions a stock that is

definitely on my radar is ticker symbol GM General Motors they're getting hit pretty hard off of this tariff news and they've been doing pretty well over like the past year but uh this news certainly is a risk to them and that has been made more than evident by looking at today's

price action you know to be honest the stock did fall a good amount today so I would not be all that surprised if it like chilled out for like a day or two but this will definitely be on my bearish radar in the short term uh the

more pressure that it puts on these lows the uh you know better the bearish price action and momentum becomes so so either way GM is definitely on the bearish radar and I would like to see a retest like that $53 area and depending on how

the selloff uh develops maybe even 52 yeah that'd be huge to see a nice drop down to there over the next couple days I'll definitely watch GM and keep it on the radar with that news today uh one stock that's very important in the short

term is Apple it's moving up very well it had a great close looks like it's going to break above the high of day today any moment in after hours and I'm going to keep watching it to the upside but I will say there's a major

resistance coming up right around 237.20 to 237 that we definitely need to look out for um so as Apple gets here of course the Market's breaking out to new highs and I'm going to be looking for Apple to do the same exact thing so over

the next couple days it might not happen tomorrow but nonetheless I'm looking for this resistance to break and for Apple to follow the SPY on this $600 all-time high break of course Apple's one of the bigger stocks that fuels the market it's

pretty correlated to the SPY it could honestly be more correlated it usually is but it was a pretty weird year for Apple but uh I'm definitely watching for this high here to break love to see it and I also really like the uh recent intraday price action with Apple uh

yesterday at close the stock just ripped to the upside which was awesome and it continued that like same sort of price action uh in after hours and then basically for most of uh today as well so there's definitely a good amount of uh inflows coming into this one and

it'll definitely be on my radar as well but um another stock that's definitely on watch is ticker symbol U United Airlines has been crushing it over the past year and like certainly a lot more than I thought they would uh they started this year around like $40 a

share and believe it or not United Airlines is you know closer to $100 a share right now more specifically they're at like $96 and like 74 cents and as we look at the intraday price action on this one it definitely was pretty concerning uh it tried to

continue its uptrend right at open but it got rejected in a pretty strong way it ripped all the way up to that $101 $101.50 area rejected strongly but then continued to sell off as the day went on and we could see that it actually closed

lower than it even opened which certainly is not a sign of strength either way I think U is now at the point where it's up so much and at the end of the day United Airlines is, you know, certainly doesn't have anywhere near the

amount of hype that a company like let's say Nvidia or MSTR or any like truly hot stock has so it'll be easier for that like U supply and demand dynamic to shift uh either way I'm looking at U for a downside play I think it's a little

bit too overbought and I think that today's price action shows a big sign of weakness that we just haven't seen from this stock honestly at any point over like the past couple of months so it'll definitely be on my radar for a reversal

play to the downside yeah I don't blame me here right around $100 and that extension over it today was definitely concerning how it rejected right away and I I definitely agree I'll be watching it back down as well and I've actually been watching Airlines up quite

a bit in the short term but hey everything becomes overextended and turns around you have to adapt that's the name of the game um with my next setup I'm looking at CI to the downside here SMCI has been pretty wild in the short term on its recovery and today was

kind of the first day of a of a real pullback in my opinion and it was right around the $39 to $40 resistance which was a pretty big area on this one in the past so I'm watching for this one to come back down tomorrow as well it's

kind of similar to the U play it's not as overextended to the upside as U is but I think you guys get the point there there is a gap to fill also in the short term with this one down to the $33 mark so if it breaks below 34 there

could be a pretty easy gap down to that mark and I honestly think even lower over the next few days beautiful all right well I think we are all set for today's momentum plays then and with the first one we have Affirm to the downside AFRM pretty bad movement today intraday

uh if they end up running under 6550 then keep watching them to the downside all right with the next one we have Coinbase also to the downside yeah poor Coinbase here now Coin is straddling a major support which is awesome for this

play if we see a good breakdown under 288 then watch Coin down that's a big recent low and it's pretty close to there and after hours right now all righty and then with the last one we have Tesla also to the downside yeah and Tesla straddling a major support as well

just like Coinbase and this support is right around 334 to 335 I'll call it like a $1 range right there and you can see on the chart how many bounces has been on this range over the past few days and past few weeks well it's also a

huge level on the book map where there's a ton of buyers stacked up that 335 334 range if it gives out over the next couple days I'll be watching Tesla back to the downside of course if Tesla ends up bouncing off of here we might need to

adapt back up but uh overall I'm really looking for this range to give out all right sounds great and that 335 area will definitely be uh worth keeping on the radar we can see that there are nearly 880,000 shares stacked up at that

level so definitely keep a close eye on that for tomorrow but either way we have Tesla Coinbase and a firm on watch for potential bearish momentum plays if and only if they break through the levels listed the stronger and more consistent these stocks move the better these

setups become understand that these stocks are volatile so especially with these stocks but all stocks in general you have to be happy to adjust and flow with the trend changes don't get caught holding the bag that is one of the worst things that can possibly be done um in

terms of short-term trading so definitely keep that in mind and besides that let's jump right into today's $1 million Big Money Trade and we are looking at ticker symbol csgp so this is a stock that I'm sure many people have never traded for before

and I don't blame you um basically csgp uh the 85 strike call options that expire on April 17th of 2025 were bought today and it was a million 80,000 trade looking at this Big Money Trade these

options are a little bit out of the money which is a little bit concerning it definitely increases the risk but these options also have a good amount of time to them we can see that the like $70 area of support and even like up to 72 has been a key support area for

multiple years at this point which is good to see and the stock has had great bullish price action over like the past week or so um which are good signs my biggest concern with this setup is the strike price of these options which certainly increases the risk because you

need the stock to move up a whole lot more as opposed to like if these options were already in the money um so it's not like my favorite Big Money Trade ever but it is like a big trade nonetheless and it does have some time to it so

assuming someone is willing to give this trade the time it needs and it's definitely justifiable yeah I agree I think there's a lot of potential with this one the only thing that I see in the short term that does worry me a little bit with

CSGP is that it's in a pretty big range it did just touch resistance at 81 if we do see more rejection here that's going to be rough but it's been in this range for quite a while now you know this could actually be a good time where

we're going to finally see a good break breakout up above and out of the range especially as we're seeing so many uh so many good uh stocks moving in the short term now of course this stock isn't super correlated to SPY or anything like

that but uh but of course it's it's an interesting channel that it's that it's in and I do like that support down there a lot around 70 to 72 is a good range so uh hopefully we can see that good uh 81.50 area break over the next couple of

weeks uh preferably sooner rather than later but there is plenty of time on this one like you said out to April all right well there we go and we'll definitely keep this one close on the radar going forward but we also want to give a giant shout out to today's member
