I'm like... I'm like bean paste stew. Because... Applicant, please come in. Oh, wait. [The characteristics of a social beginner]

Hello. Can you put the stuff at the back? Oh, sorry. Nice to meet you. Please introduce yourself.

Okay. Hello, interviewer. I'm like bean paste stew, Park Sohyun. Bean... in the bean paste... Uh...

Wait, please. Why is it bean paste stew? I'm so sorry, but can I do it once again?

Don't be nervous, just feel comfortable. Hello, interviewer. Hello, applicant! You don't reply; it's only me speaking.

- Oh...
- Don't reply, please. Hello, interviewer. I'm like bean paste stew. I have attractions so good, like bean paste; everyone likes.

Also, red ginseng—6-year-old red ginseng's extract. I want to be such deep...

and great 6-year-old red ginseng? Yes, sir. Continue. I'm so sorry; I've prepared for it, but I was so nervous.

Then, do you know what company is our Metabetashootingsta? I've searched all the blogs.

You, the boss is from Brown University. And also, it uses the multiverse, so it is operated by it, I think so.

Then I'll ask you a question. What if bean paste stew won't get fat and also not salty?

That'll be... that'll be great. Exactly. That's exactly the new value. In this metaverse, there's an NFT food that doesn't get fat and is delicious.

This area will ensure your 10 years. It's a lifetime opportunity. Okay. But for me, I like hustling people instead of smart ones.

Applicant, are you hustling? So you mean, hasty or positive? What do you mean?

I mean, for you, is this desperate? Yes, I'm so desperate. It's desperate. Good.

Be desperate, and risk your life for solving problems. That's our startup. Welcome to Metabetashootingsta.

Did I pass? You did pass. Thank you! - Wow! - Wow! Thank you so much, Hera.

Cherry Stella. What's the best? Stella? Stella seems the best? Don't you have any English names?

I used to have one, but it was Sophia. Sophia... It sounds so old. Anyway, how come you passed the startup intern?

I ruined the interview; it was so hard. Really? Tada! I bought Buzz 2. It goes on sale when I buy two things in the Galaxy Academy.

So I bought it together when I bought the Galaxy Tab. Great, you bought well, right? Then what will you do there tomorrow?

I've still not been assigned my work to do. What does your company do then? My company eats bean paste stew in the multiverse,

but it won't get fat. Does it sell diet products? No, it's an IT company. Oh, an IT company.

I'm not sure either. But I'm an intern, so I will start hustling and risk my life.

Also, our boss's business is going well and shapes a J curve, then he also said he will give stock options.

But aren't you working during the winter vacation only? Startup companies have high potentials. Also, occasionally, I can grow from internship to CTO.

What is CTO? CTO! It's like a co-founder? Our company is going forward together in this conception.

Cool. It's not cool; I'm just being active. I can't be late. I should sleep early.

Alarm! Okay. Hello. It's Park Sohyun. Sit down there. Thanks. It's your first day of work,

so it's on me. Thanks, boss. Don't call me boss. Call me Leo comfortably. Oh, okay, Mr. Leo.

Mr. Leo? Just Leo. Okay, Leo. Two for you. Thanks. Open it. Just give me... Thanks, sir. Please open it.

Wait a sec. Stella. Yes? What does it look like? Bean paste stew. Stella, while you're looking at the bean paste stew,

think about how it can give profits. Approach it from that perspective. People eat bean paste a lot. How can it become a revenue stream with this resource?

I don't know. One, buy stock in a company that sells bean paste. Two, find a demand—many people buy bean paste stew—

and innovate the bean paste stew economy. Wow! Don't write it down. Just scribe it inside. Okay, I'll do it myself.

Can you hold it? You can have it now. What is Stella's long-term vision? Oh, I haven't thought about it exactly.

You're young. Anyway, Stella, found your company later. Found? You can learn and take everything while working here.

But first, you have to learn ownership, so that you can achieve... Okay, I'll keep that in mind.

Money is not something to chase; it's something to make follow you. Always get this mindset. Do you hate bean paste stew?

No, I don't. May we get up now? What? But... we haven't eaten yet. Yes.

We gotta eat. Oh, hello. Stay comfortable. Oh, I have an IR pitch deck after this, so today I'll proceed with the daily scrum.

Oh, okay. Stella, I'll send you an agenda; please receive it. Oh, it looks like this.

I got it. Then can Stella summarize today's daily scrum? Okay, sir. How to summarize?

I'll just record and write everything. Among food, clothing, and shelter, it's food. The market size of the metaverse is big enough,

but there are still no clever players. So we combined food and metaverse, so it's got a new ideation, called Food-taverse.

Based on the tech, it fits exactly with the customer's life, and then business execution speeds up.

That would be our goal, Stella. In this moment, what do you think of the market needs we have to know for our service sales?

You are MZ generation (20-40s), you would know well. Food. Everyone likes to consume food.

So we can, as you said, the metaverse would be important.

Metaverse. Our business's keyword is metaverse. Please recognize it. Oh, what am I?

I wrote it, but I'm still confused. Nevermind.

What is he talking about? Am I right? [How to write meeting records] (It's the summary!)

(Summary records about the metaverse) [How to write business emails] Hello? Who are you?

Oh, I am Park Sohyun, the intern. Is the boss there? The boss is not here now.

When can I call again? I'm not sure. Sorry... It's ruined. What if she's an important person?

Let's call him first. Any issues, Stella? There are no issues. Boss! I mean, Mr. Leo!

Leo! Someone called the office. Who is it? I don't know. Didn't you ask who it was?

It was a woman. Her voice sounded like she was in her 20s. How can I know with that?

I'm sorry. She hung up. No excuse, please. That's an attitude without ownership. Also, the requested summary has been delayed.

Any issues? No, no, there are no issues. I finished writing the email. But what is the address to send it to?

My email address is on my name card. Ah... You can also find it in our chat.

Sorry! Oh no! Mistake again! [I'm so sorry, I sent the wrong one T.T]

I keep making mistakes! [My darling Jungwoo] Why is she saying that?

Stella! Hello... Why are you here? Any problems? No problems. Just... Why are you crying?

What do you mean, incompetent? I can't do anything...

So, Stella, don't blame yourself. It's your first experience. I'm the boss, and even I can't do everything.

No, the boss is amazing! You run a great startup company!

Stella, want to hear my secret? When I had my first interview, I was so nervous too.

[5 types of evaluation errors interviewers may make] Nice to meet you. Please introduce yourself. Do you know what company Metabetashootingsta is?

It sounds so stiff. 6-year-old red ginseng? Are you sure? I didn't know. They're living their lives, pretending to be normal.

Can I be a helpful person in this company? You being here is helpful enough. Also, working here can be a source of pride for you.

I'll make this company that place... Oh, yes, I have to give you this, Stella's name card.

Wow! My parents will love this! That's so good. You can't give it away.

This name card is one of a kind. This is called an NFT, Stella's NFT.

I'm an NFT too! One of a kind in this world. Thank you. Only one? What? Do you want to eat bean paste stew?

Huh? Let's go! I won't go! Let's go, quick! Intern, Park Sohyun.

Stella... I am also a social person, Mom! I passed the internship! It's called Metabetashootingsta, it's a startup company!

You did a great job! Do you need anything for your internship? Hmm... maybe a Galaxy Tab?

Galaxy Tab? Yes, when you buy more than two things in Galaxy Academy, you can gain points, or things will be on sale instantly.

I also wanted to buy Buzz, so it would be good to buy the Tab and Buzz together. Yes, it's until March 31.

Mom, I can do well! I'm so good at social life! Rather than number one, only one! Only one!
