The way you guys are Instagramming and YouTubing and watching things that will really help grow your mind... I would get on the treadmill and I would listen to audiobooks, and then I would implement a business plan. I'd have a business plan: I'm going to do X, Y, and Z.

And then I would implement it and take action on it. And then every day, those compounding effects ultimately will change your life because it changes your day, it changes your week, it changes your month. And then guess what? There's a slingshot effect. You're doing this work,

you're doing this work—no noticeable effects—just like losing weight, right? You're doing this work, then boom! All of a sudden it's going to catch back up, you know? And the longer you can wait, the more it'll catch back up, but you have to continue

to follow a routine that's conducive to your environment. You have to start eliminating things that are not right. What's up, people? Listen, welcome back to another YouTube video. I'm going to take these off because I want to look directly at you. And some of you all are

probably already thinking, 'Damn, what a douche with sunglasses on!' I know, I see you. That's what you guys think sometimes, huh? But guess what? Don't hate on me here. I'm going to send you a good message. All right, listen. I've had a recent scenario

and I think I need to talk about it, so here it is: The scenario. I've had someone that I know who doesn't have good habits. Up in the morning one day, asleep the next day; up in the morning one day, all motivated: 'Look at me, I'm killing it!'

Sleep the next day. I see it all the time: the cycle of people. Right? Like you have that buddy that convinces you to go to the gym, and they're like, "Yeah, bro, we're going to meet at the gym tomorrow." And then they fall off like Thursday

and Friday, and then on Saturday they're drinking, and then on Sunday they sleep in, and then on Monday they're ready to hit you up: "Are you going to the gym, brother? I'm motivated!" What does that look like over a period of a week, a

month, a year? Right? We're all comprised of our habits. Okay, so let me break this down: the habits that you have daily, the habits that you have by hour break down into habits that you have daily, and then those habits ultimately show you what kind of week you're going to have,

which ultimately show you what kind of month you're going to have, which then end up showing you what kind of year you're going to have, and then year after

year, people repeat the cycle. You are nothing more than the habits that you have: how you walk through the day, what you did with your day, how you scheduled the day. And so many times people are walking around being pulled by things: the call from your friend, your mom

calling you, someone needing to be picked up, the kids getting sick at school, my boss happened to me... do this. Everybody is taking your time and sucking the life out of you. And sometimes when you're in a certain position in life, you have to abide by those, right? When you have a job,

You said you'd be there at X time, and then you leave at X time. You get a lunch break at X time. A lot of people are like that, but here's the deal: all the other time you have to be in control. It's not a, 'Oh, you get off work now, my life...

gets to go on auto, you know, whatever happens, happens.' I want to have fun. It's my time now; I'm off work. No, because that's a horrible habit to have, and then you're going to wonder why you have this shitty job for your entire life because...

you didn't change anything. You didn't change anything. None of the things that you do on a daily routine changed. It all—what you do every hour equals every day, equals every month, equals every year. That's who you are. Hey, what's up, guys? Austin Hancock here. I get a lot

are. I go to the gym, but you really looked and you really reconciled how often they did and how often they woke up early. If they say they wake up early, and you look at it over a period of a week, over a period of a

Month over month, over a period of a year, you're like, 'Dude, you only do it 60% of the time.' It's not really you; that other 40% is a massive part of you, right? You have to think, what does the compounding effect of having a good routine in the

morning... I'm not saying that all you guys have to go [__] do the ice bath thing. I'm not saying everybody needs to wake up at 4:00 in the morning, but what I am saying is you have to have some

consistency and you have to have some direction. Waking up and going to the gym, or waking up early and working on a side hustle while you have a job, will change your life because I'm living proof. People at the beginning probably wondered how I got to where I am now.

Well, I can tell you it was by waking up before everybody else and not wasting time. I know cops that wake up early, okay, and they waste time. I know trash truck drivers who wake up early, I know construction dudes who pour concrete at 3:00 in the morning, but they

inspire you to start a business. You start a business, you gain a new group of friends; your new group of friends inspires you to do something bigger and to do more because that's what they do. That's how it works, but you have to have

it on a daily basis. It's not a, 'Oh, I just went to the gym today and I got all jacked, now I don't have to go the rest of the year.' It's the same concept as, 'If I went to the gym today, I don't have to

go the rest of the week.' It's the same concept: if I worked on my side hustle last weekend, so I'm probably going to pick it back up this weekend. No, every day, incremental movements, boom! And then you have to be intentional and carve out that time. If you're not intentional,

About your life, other people are going to rob your time, and your life is going to fly by just like that. I don't care if you have a job, I don't care if you don't have a job, and you're already a successful entrepreneur, right? But if you
