I have tested many schemes for fast learning; they were quite effective. I also talked about them on my channel. But recently, I found a scheme that can take your learning to a completely different level. These are not just my fantasies but the results of extensive scientific research aimed at the speed of material learning and memorization. I will consider all components in order, so I advise watching the video from beginning to end. Through research, we have compiled an explosive learning method. So, the first component is to search for opportunities to optimize your time and habits. In other words, when you look for an additional opportunity for development, use this time wisely. I applied this tactic when I was still in college. I had free time during breaks, lunch, or when I was going home. Initially, it seems that there isn't that much time, but if you add up all these periods, it will turn out to be several.

Hours of time that you can direct into the right channel, many students used the time on the road playing various games, listening to music, or chatting on absolutely useless topics. I used this time to read and listen to books. As a result, in a year, I could read 30 or even 60 books just by optimizing my time. Perhaps you will ask, Am I only needed to develop now? Can't I just relax? Of course, you can relax, and you can use your time as you see fit. However, personally for me, it was a good time that I could use to build myself. Someone might say it's nonsense. But what if I only have 10 minutes of free time? What's the point of reading for just 10 minutes a day? Here lies the answer to the first component: you don't need a lot of time, every minute matters. Don't believe it? Let me show you a mathematical example that reflects this case. Let's assume your task is to study.

In a specific field of activity, let's say programming, for this you read exactly five pages every day. We equate these efforts to one in our formula, it's 1.1 in a year. We have 365 days in a year, so we raise e to this number and get 37 for a whole year, counting five pages a day. We have only scored 37 points, which reflect the speed of our development. Many consider this as a financial coefficient. Let's assume that by studying programming for a whole year, counting five pages daily, you have earned only 37 dollars. But now the most interesting part. Let's add just two hundredths to our efforts. Let's optimize our time a little and say that besides reading, we will also take courses for 20 minutes a day. As a result, when we raise e to the power of 1.3, we will already get a whole 48,000 dollars or 48,000 points as a coefficient of our development. By adding a minimal improvement to the process of our development, we enhance it by 1,000.

In the long run, each new optimization and every new improvement in the approach to learning will lead to such significant progress. If we add another hundredth, let's say, working with code, then the old 48,000 turns into 1,600 per minute, and each new action, each new optimization, significantly improves the results. But this all works precisely in the long term, and furthermore, it is about the speed of learning. However, I simply have a problem with remembering all this, and here we use the second component from a large-scale scientific study. It states that many factors influence the learning and retention of material, but scientists have managed to identify the most important components. What exactly are these components? They are the amount of practice, the time elapsed since its application, and also the temporal distribution of practice. It is precisely this last factor that is most important for fast learning and memorization. But what does this mean, and how should it be applied?

A study showed that when we divide the practice repetition, it slows down the learning process, but the knowledge itself will be retained much deeper. Have you noticed that, for example, if you practice typing on a keyboard, it will be much more effective to practice for 10 minutes several times a day, but it will be completely ineffective to do one training session for a whole hour? So why don't we do the same with courses or books? It is much more effective to read a book several times a day for 10 minutes rather than once a day for several hours. And now just mind-blowing, right? They compared a group of people who studied the material through long sessions with a group that studied the same material through several short sessions, and it was found that active memorization decreased with an increase in the duration of the learning sessions. But as soon as you take the same material and break it down into small approaches, this same

Information was absorbed much better and faster, and now, brain explosion number two. Similar studies were conducted on rodents. As we know, based on analyzing their behavior, it is possible to determine how a person will do it. In the end, scientists discovered that by placing a mouse in a maze, it quickly found the location of the reward. The most interesting part is that, on average, it did this after 10 attempts. Later, they found that the learning speed increased specifically in those mice that rested between each new attempt to find the reward in the maze. Scientists note that it was during these moments of rest that they had a vision and a sudden understanding of the maze's structure. If you are similar to a rodent, have you ever experienced a situation where you couldn't solve a problem for a long time, but then you just took a 15-minute break, and suddenly understood the whole structure of the project and all possible solutions to the problem? If so, hit like and share your story.

In the comments, personally, I have had this happen many times, and now let's sum up. When composing, we need to consider the second component with timestamps. Personally, I just take a book during breaks and spend about 20 minutes reading. Then, if I get tired of reading, I continue with my tasks. If I feel a bit tired, I pick up the book again, lie down on the couch, and start reading. Additionally, we add a third study showing that full understanding of the material comes around the tenth attempt or tenth learning session on average. If I don't understand some material, I simply watch different sources, videos, and articles in each learning session. This further accelerates learning. Lastly, the key to improving this scheme significantly is time optimization from the first component to the timestamp. Specifically, time optimization allows for shorter sessions, which also enhances the sprints.

Training is just tens of times better. I also have other top research that I will share for free in the next video, and they are also capable of greatly improving the learning speed. Let's get 3,000 likes to motivate the creation of the video. At the moment, I also recommend checking the description and watching other videos on the topic of fast learning, and at the end, a small gift for those who have watched this video to the end.
