the universe itself is a hologram. All the information in it is present everywhere, so therefore it's present in us. Quantum fields are the expression of the universe. It is our sacred mission to create a more coherent world, to be more aligned with the evolution of the universe and evolution towards Cosmos. The fact that we are going off on other tangents is actually creating the problems that affect even our own very survival. We need to be aware of ourselves as an interactive element of this inspired Quantum field, evolving ever more toward Cosmos, toward coherence, toward Oneness. Information is a manifestation of energy. Everything that ever happened continues to act, and that's the record, the akashic record. Quantum field as the akashic field keeps a record, but how do we exist? How can we prepare ourselves to enter into this Consciousness? It is primary, it is as basic in the universe as electricity, as gravitation, as anything else you can think of. It is quantum fields that are the real reality. Everything is quantum fields, but these Quantum Fields have many different

frequencies and many different clusters of frequencies, and these produce the impression of being something solid material, but actually, they are quantum field vibrations. So ultimately, when you talk about reality at the most basic level, the primary original reality, the source, is the universe as a quantum field. I don't see that there's a quantum field produced by the universe or is in the universe. The universe itself is a field, is an interacting evolving field, and started its evolution 13.8 billion years ago after the big bang. This is the latest information that we get from astrophysics, and this evolution has been going on ever since then, ever for all this time. It's producing all the phenomena that we encounter; they're all vibrational phenomena. But we ourselves, as a vibrational pattern in that field, interact with others, and we perceive, we get the impression of the others because we are part of the others, but we are not outside of the others. So ultimately, there are no others; there are only we.

together in this field, the field itself, which is the universe we are dwelling at this point, really right away into the deepest level of inquiry, asking what is reality. But you talk about Quantum field. I think Quantum fields are the expression of the universe. This is how we can conceptually conceptualize it. Ultimately, what there is is a Quantum Universe, which has been born after the big bang and keeps structuring, keeps becoming more and more structured and coherent in the process. And this process of becoming is what we call Evolution, Evolution re large, evolution on the largest scale, the cosmic scale. Then everything evolves together to some extent. It's only Humanity, that's another problem, of course, that we can get into if you like. Only Humanity, conscious Humanity, has the ability to perceive or not to perceive. You know, it has the choice to perceive or not to perceive this Quantum reality. Everything else is that we know of is immersed in it, and it can't exempt itself from it. We can't exempt

ourselves either, but we can counteract it. We can act as if it didn't exist or as if we misunderstand it. So, it's time to recognize that we are part of this evolving Quantum field, and this evolution needs to, if you're doing to be a proper positive constructive part, this evolution needs to inform everything we think and everything we do. The fact that we are not doing that, we are going off on other tangents, is actually creating problems, creating the problems that affect even our own very survival as a Quantum pattern in this Quantum field. So, we can move from here anywhere you like, but what I just want to emphasize is there's no universe and Quantum field. The universe is a Quantum field. I love that you also can you take a moment also to explain how Quantum Fields might encode information about the past, the present, and the future simultaneously. Quantum Fields, yes, I personally, I don't what this is, is open the debate. I don't believe that the future has been set. The future is still

available still open everything to everything together in this universe forms the condition which defines the pattern that we are moving forward, the pattern in which evolution is unfolding. So, but this pattern is an open pattern in the sense that there are possibilities for alternatives. Quantum fields are very sensitive fields; sometimes the tiniest, tiniest influx, flux of any kind can change the pattern and can change the direction in which it is moving. Not the overall direction; I think the overall direction is set up, in my view, the overall direction is toward, from chaos to cosmos. By that, I mean from a chaotic chance conflagration of various frequencies of vibration toward a structured, articulate, coherent universe. Toward it, and it is in that movement, in that move, that we find ourselves at a point where on Earth this vibrational coherence is coming about. But it's still very, very, uh, it's missing, it is very open to, there are full of legs, full of incoherences as yet. So, it is our job, I call it our sacred mission, to create a

more coherent world on this planet to be more aligned with the universe, with the evolution of the universe, and evolution towards what the Greeks called Cosmos. Cosmos, the coherent world, as opposed to chaos, which is the indistinct, undecided, incoherent, preliminary state from which you're moving to. Our job, our sacred mission, is to become more coherent ourselves so that on this planet at least, the patterns of vibration which define what we are, who we are, can become more and more coherent. This is our great, great task. Yeah, I have a deep fascination with, um, I love the way you describe that as sacred mission as well, um, with coherence and alignment. How do you interpret the Akashic records in light of modern quantum theory then? Well, the universe as a quantum field is not a mechanical, temporary phenomena. It is an integrated informational field. Everything that ever happened is in that field. It's a pattern of vibration. Everything is vibration, as we said, and

everything that occurs as a matter of vibration continues to exist in that field. You can't destroy energy; that's what we know from well-established physics. Energy cannot be created or destroyed; it can only be transformed. Information is a manifestation of energy, and that in itself is not something that can be fully eliminated. Everything that ever happened continues to act, and that's the record. You can call it the akashic record, the quantum field, as the akashic field keeps a record, to use an anthropomorphic kind of a term. It has a record, and this record is only a question of how do we access it. It's accessible in principle, but how do we access it? And that's another question that we need to discuss: how we can prepare ourselves to enter into this comprehension of this field. How do we become sufficiently coherent ourselves to be able to read, to perceive the coherence around us? Because whatever is happening is an expression of growing, evolving coherence; otherwise, it couldn't exist.

but how to read it, how to, how, how to, how to follow it. That is the big question that we need to make conscious intuitively. We are doing it; highly spiritual people are doing it intuitively. But to do it consciously so it really has an effect on this planet, we need to be aware of ourselves as an interactive element of this inspired Quantum field evolving ever more toward Cosmos, toward coherence, toward Wellness. Hey there, guys. I just want to take a quick second out to ask you a question. So, what is your awareness of the akashik records or Quantum field Theory? We're talking about coherence here, a Trippy dippy question that's emerged that I didn't get the time to ask today for me was, is this how psychic mediums work when they tune into the other person? Maybe they're picking up on the other person's Quantum elements, and maybe they have a type of field that is more open to other people's information, so they're able to access that information and come back with it and communicate it onwards.

there's a lot of interesting conversations that this is opening up. I'd love to hear from you in the comments below what this awareness is opening up for you potentially and any other questions you might have for Dr. Llo. If you want to take the conversation further, he will be on again in the future. I'd love to ask some questions on your behalf. With that, back to Dr. Leslo. Interactive is an interesting word because it implies that actually the dialogue, the passing of information is actually two ways, not just one way. But I guess the question stands that I should probably precede that question with how do we consciously access the Akashic records. You mentioned the word coherence quite a bit in there. Is it a matter of priming our beings in a certain way? Priming? Yes, absolutely. Yes, we have to rise to the challenge that is given to us to rise. We have to become sufficiently coherent with our within us and with our world so as we can perceive what is happening to the greater extent than we are doing it.

now to us to rise to that field. We have to tune our receiver. That's a metaphor in a way, you know. If you have a broadcast of any kind, if you want to receive it, you have to tune your instrument. And this is what we have to do ourselves from this enormous welter of informational patterns, frequencies, patterns, and structures in the world. We have to pick up those that are consonant with us, to which we can resonate. We cannot resonate, obviously, to everything. It will drive us completely crazy. We can resonate only on certain elements of visit, but those elements could be important. Our eyes and ears and other sensory organs pick out some elements here. Conscious on a deeper level can pick up further elements. The deep consciousness, the mystical elements, those are just as real as any of the simplest objects around us. What they require for us to tune ourselves so as to be able to read that out. We know, for example, an experiment with the EEG, you know, the electrograph.

records being brain waves. Records that they are so sensitive that they can be highly tuned to give input that infect different people's brain waves. Can coalesce, can come together, and mutually exchange information. We know that we can enter this into, enter into this field together with others, and this is something that we have to learn to master to do always more and more. The great mystic, the great mystics, the great spiritual leaders did that spontaneously, intuitively. You're beginning to understand that this can also be fostered through rational understanding, through comprehension. But ultimately, the communication that we have with the world around us is a communication of frequencies in a quantum field. And to become more and more attuned to what is relevant to our immediate life, to our survival, we have to consciously prepare ourselves, enter into that frame of mind, which is a prerequisite for reading the field, for reading the information in the Akashic field. And you mentioned earlier about the responsibility to perceive or not to perceive. And I've

done some research and you often speak about this new paradigm. How would you define this shift, and what role does the individual and consciousness play in driving it forward? Our paradigm, whether we know it or not, has been shaped by a mechanistic, separatist, non-quantum, but black-and-white kind of field concept articulated by, not invented, but articulated by Newton, Deos, and Democritus, who had already presented the consequences of this much earlier than that, of course, in the Greek by the Greeks. But here, Newton and Darwin have spelled out the implications of this view of the world, which is mechanistic, materialistic, separatist in the sense that things exist by themselves and only react to each other externally through external impetus, external information. The great discovery of the quantum revolution is that all things interact in such a way that the information for all things is present in everything, in a hologram, you know, in our experience. It's structured in such a way that every part and all the

information of the whole hologram is present in every little part of it and can be recalled from every part of it. So, this we know; we just have to realize it. The universe itself is a hologram. All the information in it is present everywhere, so therefore it's present in us. The great lesson is that if this is the case, then we have to reach into ourselves to find out the source which tells us how to orient ourselves, how to relate to the rest of the world, which is really not outside of us but is us as well. How to orient ourselves, how to find the coherence, how to find the sense of what we are doing and where we are going. For that, we have to prepare ourselves. The mistake, the great mistakes, do it intuitively, so spontaneously. We can do it and must do it by consciously moving forward to understand that we are not separate material beings; we are patterns of frequency resonance in a Quantum field. This is not a separate condition; it's a condition of Oneness with the world.

around us, and when we intuitively feel ourselves attracted to that rest of the world, togetherness of the rest of the world, then we are in tune with Evolution. Then we are inspired by Evolution. The great challenge is to continue doing this, to do it systematically, and do it in such a way that we can orient ourselves in line with the evolution that is unfolding all around us and help others to do the same so that we can move together towards a more coherent, more comprehensive, and clear field in which we are essential elements. This is our sacred Mission. I think we are beginning to Discover It. Conversations like we are having a health and a way of moving toward that because they focus on US, in US, the possibility that we can be more than separate little units in a vast indifferent world, that we are part of an evolving Dynamic Universe, which is connected at all points, which is essentially one at all points. This mystical understanding is now being posed in The Sciences, in the new physics, in the new

biology, the new psychology, and this is the challenge to accelerate this movement to gain understanding so that we not only understand the world but feel the world around us. The great philosopher Alfred North Whitehead talked about feeling as the way of perception, the way one actual entity was called. All things are actual entities. How one actual entity can relate and perceive other entities by feeling it in a more general sense, not only emotional obviously, but the sense of where we are, what the world is, that is the way we can become conscious of who we are. Consciousness is a great, great advantage as a human being. We can be conscious; we can be more and more clarified in our consciousness. To do that is what we need to do if we are to strive, and the world around us is to strive. It cannot strive without us, and we cannot thrive without it. We move forward together, not you and me, not me and the world, but we together in the world. It's a really exciting time to

feel that because you mentioned before that actually our rational awareness of certain things that the mystics have been exploring for such a long time accelerates the path forward and to feel that more and more conversations like the one you and I are having right now are becoming more and more accessible must imply something about the time that is now. It implies an opening, an opening to an aspect of our existence that has been in the domain of spirituality, of mysticism, and is now opening up to the domain of understanding through our rational mind. Not limiting it to that, of course, but helping it to understand, to comprehend, to feel what we are. I would like to say that this drive toward coherence, from chaos to cosmos, is something that can be felt. The felt expression is a very simple and very basic one. The third expression is L-O-V-E, is love, and unrelenting and unconditional love. Just the sense that we are part of it, just as we feel that we are love with our own hand, our

own brain, our own ears, and eyes in a sense because we feel that this is one, and we feel hurt if they are hurt because this is one. The same way we have to feel our Oneness with others around us because ultimately we are not others, are no others. We all Quant Quantum res patterns of resonance in a complex Quantum field. That is what the universe is, and that is what we are in the universe. So, understanding that can be a help to opening ourselves to that information that is flowing to us from the field, and we allow it when we are tuned to receive it, when we are ready to receive it. You know the great healers have always known and still are telling us you can't heal somebody unless they want to be healed. And the same way here you don't understand the world around you unless you're ready to understand, unless you want to do that, you wish, you're open to understand, to comprehend, open, open to become one through your feeling, through your felt love for all things around you that

I think is what we need to promote, to promulgate, and to help others achieve, to our benefit, to their benefit, because they're no ours and no theirs, they're only we and us. How do we know when we're accessing the akashik records versus deep introspection or imagination? How can you tell the difference? Well, deep, deep introspection and imagination, and know how you defend imagination. I think going down deep into us is what comes up with information, helps us to enter into that information that is in the universe. So, it's not imagination in the sense of being fiction. It's not fiction; it's fact, but fact of a very subtle kind, most ultimately real fact, more and more discovering it through rational scientific means. But mystics and sensitive people know it and knew it all along, and now they can be reinforced in their search, reinforced in their search that they're on the right track when you explore what is happening in the world and in us through our consciousness, not

as something outside but something that is happening in the field of which we are a part. That is the great hope, the great need of our time, to become coherent by understanding and by feeling our Oneness with and in the world. Hi there, guys. What I'm hearing from you there is a pressing impulse for us to feel more and more of this awareness in our waking state rather than leaning on things just

as meditations, psychedelics, and things like that actually in our waking state. We are available, um, to access the akashic records if we become coherent in a sufficient way. You said it exactly. I agree. I'm glad you used the word impulse. I'm talking these days about the evolutionary impulse, the innate evolutionary impulse. Important to know that it is innate. Everything, if the universe is a coherent field and we are part of it, then ultimately all things are innate in it. But we don't always recognize it as innate. We think of it as being outside, as being separate. As recognition of the innateness of our evolutionary movement is the key element. It's an impulse, yes. The impulse is there. I think it's in every quantum, in every atom, in every molecule, in every cell, in every organization and system of life because it's absolutely basic. It's as basic as gravitation, as electromagnetism, as the nuclear field. I talk about an attractor just as simple and basic as

gravitation is, for example, the holotropic attractor. I call it holotropic because it's oriented toward wholeness. Holos is in Greek, and it's tropic because it's a tropism, an attraction, a tendency to move toward, you know. So, it's a holotropic attractor. It's part of this universe. The universe is a movement inspired by a holotropic or guided, directed by a holotropic attractor. Evolution is guided by that way. You have to discover it, allow it to act, act on us so that we are our ourselves, confident followers, and realizers of this holotropic attraction, the attraction toward wholeness, all bound together by the sense, sensation, by the feeling of love, and unconditional, unrelenting, constant love. This is the highest expression of mysticism. It is now the highest discovery in the sciences as well. I'm starting to piece together the piece around the holographic universe that you're mentioning in the Akashic records. Can I link the phenomenon of past

lives and reincarnation to this somehow yes of course there there's nothing really past if if the universe is is a memory field is an information field nothing is past so past lives are just as is real as current lives only they are not active at this moment it's a pattern of frequences that is has been present it's it is there implicitly in in conditioning in shaping forming the frequencies that are coming about now past lives are with us so to discover past lives so the akashic record is absolutely necessary is absolutely possible and the remarkable cases when people maintain somehow through some lucky fluke or some other ways that we don't understand maintain the ability to recollect to remember previous lives then this shows us gives us evidence that this information is present past lives are Vis us just as current lives are again it's a question of tuning ourselves to be able to into the past and the present and understand the conditions for the future not as deep into the future because does isn't

here yet, but the conditions for it are given. So, I think nothing is beyond comprehension. The question is if all things are patterns of frequency radiations, then the question is how much can we decode of that, how much can we apprehend, how much can we perceive. And more and more of that is the way that science is advancing, which is essentially now the same way as spirituality and mysticism have been advancing in the past. And I think I already know the answer to this because you covered it earlier, but I think closing remarks in order to develop greater levels of coherence. I think you mentioned the word love earlier. Is that the way marker for us to discover how to fall into greater levels of greater and greater coherence for each individual? Um, I guess I'm looking for marching orders after this podcast for those that are tuning in. Well, I would say allow your inherent attraction for consciousness, for wholeness, for oneness, for love, allow it to surface.

it's there, and we are artificially destroying, not destroying it, but depressing it and subjecting it to alternative aspirations and concepts and ideas, mechanistic materialistic ideas of which have no real place and no good function in this world of ours, on this Earth. Allow it to surface deep into your consciousness. Realize that the impetus for evolution, for life, for thriving, is given in every cell of our body, in our brain, in our mind, in our muscles, wherever, whatever we are. It's all informed, it's all shaped by this evolutionary impetus, but it needs to be recognized, realized, to flourish, to enter onto the subconscious level so that we can become truly part of this evolving quantum universe of which we are a part. But we need to become a conscious part. That, I think, is the key challenge, the key task, mission that you're confronted with, Dr. Llo.
