do you want to know a secret? You think you wake up every morning and interact with the physical world around you. Well, that's not completely untrue. It's actually not completely true either. You don't respond to the physical world around you. You actually respond to the concepts of things around you. We live in a conceptual reality rather than a physical one. I will give you examples of this because some of you might be saying, What the hell are you talking about? I wake up and I see objects and things and I'm responding to that, interacting with people. I get it. The importance of understanding this, which we're going to take a deep dive into, is if you don't understand how you're conceptualizing yourself and how you're conceptualizing your life, you're missing that. You're leaving out your ability to design the kind of life that you want because I've talked about this before many times where we look at people who should be fulfilled and happy. They have everything. They have money, they have fame, they have.

attractive they have their health everything and yet they the physical world around them. In other words gives them everything a person would think that the person that would make this person fulfilled and happy and yet it doesn't. You have plenty of people who have all of those things and they're very unhappy very unfulfilled to the point where sometimes they uh turn to drugs or they um commit suicide unfortunately. So arranging the physical objects around you is not what does it for you. It's how you're conceptualizing that now speaking of drugs and things like that. I know you might be looking at my nose and wondering why it's so red. Is he has he been drinking uh no I have not. I went to Brazilian Jitsu class this morning and uh as often happens in class. Uh after sparring for a while I got a brush burn on my nose. So just to get that out of the way okay. So let me give you some examples of what I'm talking about so you're we everybody's on board on what it is. I'm talking about when you.

see something simple like a chair. You walk into a room, you see a chair. You see a chair. But that is actually a concept. If you were to look at something like a chair literally, you would see pieces of wood from a tree that have been sawed and shaped and fastened together. That's more, that's closer to what the actual of what we're talking about or what we're seeing in front of us when we see a chair. But that's not what you see. You see the concept, which is the concept, the idea. Whoever created the chair had to make the chair. A chair is a concept. It's an idea. It's a way to make people comfortable and sit down. And within that concept, there's lots of flexibility. There's all different types of chairs, right? Because you know the concept, you're able to adapt that to the many different chairs that you see. Even though you may have not seen the chair before, your concept adapts to what it is you're seeing. You go, Oh, okay, I recognize.

that as a concept, not as, Oh, I recognize that particular tree that was, that wood was taken from. We don't do that. We see the concept. When you see your best friend Joe, you don't see a piece of flesh stretched over a skeleton and muscles, right? You see your friend Joe. And what you're basically seeing is how you've conceptualized that person, of who they are, and that's who you see. You don't see the literal so much, you see the concept. So, I want to go a little more into the importance of this before we get into an exercise. Um, by the way, it's probably time right now to download the PDF. There's a PDF in the description, uh, of this live stream. Go ahead and download that now. We're going to be going through that because I want to make everything that I'm saying here actionable. And actually, the exercise that I'm going to walk you through is something that I designed. I first designed it for myself because I wanted to understand better how I was conceptualizing myself in my own life.

understand better what I wanted to work on. And as I was creating it, and I did create it, I was like, you know what, there might be other people who can really benefit from this exercise. And that's why I turned it into what we're doing here right now. So like I said, it's in the description of this live stream, go ahead and download it. Also, want to mention before we go on that this weekend, I am doing a free live training. And it's on Saturday and Sunday. It'll be about three hours each day. And it's all about very similar things what I'm doing here. It's all about how to look at your life, the way that it is now, how you're conceptualizing it, and how to change it and turn it into the fulfilling life that you want to live. going to take a lot of what we're going to do here today and just go much much deeper with it this weekend. So why not do you really have anything better to do? Maybe you do, I don't know, but I think it's pretty important your life, what you're doing in your life, what you know, how you're living it, who you are. I can't think of anything more important than that, more important than working that stuff out so that you live the best possible life that you can possibly live. If you're not, time is ticking and it's ticking fast, and it doesn't slow down, it doesn't wait for you to figure things out. It's best thing to do is to figure it out as soon as possible, and you never fully figure it out. I'm not, I don't mean it that way, it's a process of continuously figuring it out, but you will get to a place, if you're not there already, you will get to a place where you've got lots of momentum and you're happy and things are

going well, and it's just a matter of what really discovering and being curious about your potential. Where do you take this next? All right, so when it comes to your life, you're not going to find fulfillment in accomplishing goals or making more money. It's not how it works. You can only find fulfillment in how you conceptualize yourself in your life. And in most cases, we can't change what is literal. Like, you know, I can't change the color of my eyes. I could wear contacts, but, you know, I can't change that. Really, most things in a physical world, maybe you can modify them, you can't really change them. And that's the great thing about understanding that you actually conceptualize things. And that's what really creates your reality, because that you can change. So you can only really find fulfillment in how you conceptualize yourself and your life. And that, that, that's... I know that might sound confusing to a lot of people, but that's probably the best news. If you don't realize it yet, you will.

probably the best news you've heard in a very, very long time. Here's the other thing too, some people might say, Well, if Damon is right and my life is just really a concept and who I am is just really a concept, doesn't that invalidate my life? No, it doesn't. So you might be wondering if that's the route you're going right now if anything is real. Yes and no. So what is really real? What you're experiencing is the only real thing you will ever truly know. And so is there an, you know, an objective reality that is existing right now outside of that and, you know, that's what we're trying to be as accurate as we possibly can be, probably, I would say probably, but there's no way to ever truly know that because everything that you're going to interact with in that objective reality has to first pass through what we call experience and experience is a concept. Experience is subjective because no two people have the same experience. So the concrete physical things like I was mentioning before

doesn't they don't really change very much. They're not, you know, as adjustable as say your mindsets and your concepts and your beliefs, but since your reality is conceptual, you can change it. How you change it really starts with you. It really starts with knowing what you want, because if you don't know what you want, then it's really hard to change your life into the way to make it the way that you want it to be. It's really hard to change yourself into the person you want to be if you don't really know what you want. And the question I get a lot, surprisingly, but I get it a lot on a lot of my videos, is, I don't, but what if I don't know what I want? What if you don't know what you want? So I think this exercise that we're about to do is definitely going to help you with that. And what I tell people when they say that to me, I don't know what I want, what if I don't know what I want, then

there's a reframe for that, and that is, so what you want is to know what you want. It might sound like I'm playing with words here, but I'm really not. You want to find where you are right now and just start there and accept that that's fine. There's nothing wrong with that, okay? If right now where you are is you're not sure about what you want, that's okay. So what do we do? We take a step back and we say, well, at least know what I want right now is to know what I really, really want. And if you spend the rest of your life exploring that and you never come to something completely concrete or definitive, I assure you, you still will live an amazing life. To go throughout the rest of your life exploring what it is that you want, I guarantee you, that is a life well-lived. It will be a life absolutely worth living. It'll be a very full life, and it's okay if you never, you know, if you get to the

end of your life, and you go, Well, I still don't really know what I want, but you spent 30, 40, 50, 60 years exploring that and being a student of your desires and a student of your life and a student of what works and what doesn't work for you, you're going to have Amazing Adventures. You're going to have an amazing time, a very rewarding and very fulfilling life, and then most more than likely you are going to find a lot of things that you really like, that you really want, that really do it for you, and those things you hold on to and you just keep doing them, and then the exploration for more continues on. Right now the way I feel like my life is, it's so good that um, I'm humbled by it. I'm super grateful of everything that I get to experience and the life that I get to live, and at the same time I am curious about how much further my fulfillment can go, how much further my

potential can go even though right now if I if I jump back 10 years and I told myself my 10 years younger self explain the life that I would be living I'd be like oh okay sign me up uh how soon can we get there and I think you know that would be great that would I would just be happy with that and I am happy with everything at the same time. I know that there's more and more potential and it doesn't make me feel bad or that like oh I'm not accessing everything and I feel bad about myself no no no. It's just more like curiosity and it's it's more like let's see how far we can take this why not what else is there to do what what else is life about all right so let's get into the exercise. Hopefully you've downloaded it by now and I'm going to switch over to it as well okay so like I said um this is not the answer to all of your problems that's what this is about. This is about

understanding how you're conceptualizing your life now, to give you some direction on where you want to go and what is it that you actually want. So, it's good to know where you are now, to know where you're starting. And this, a lot of people don't like to do this because a lot of people are into that vibrational manifestation stuff, and you know, I need to be positive all the time, and it's that stuff I don't agree with. I don't think it works. Maybe there's a kernel of Truth somewhere buried deep down in there that you really have to search for, put a lot of unnecessary effort into. It's so important that you accept where you are now and you're honest with yourself about where you are now, because if you're sugar-coating everything, then you can delude yourself into believing I'm really getting what I want when I'm really not, and people corrode inside when they do that, and it's just not necessary. So, accept where you are.

now, the first question is: what concept do you have of your life? What concept do you have of your life now? If you're new to this, that might be a rather difficult question to answer, so don't overthink it. Um, I would write down the first thing that comes to mind. And this is a process you want to go through over and over, and every time you do, you'll get more and more clarity. So one way to look at your life and to understand how you're conceptualizing it is to ask yourself, is it satisfying? Is your life fulfilling? And that is one concept that you have of your life. Well, it's somewhat satisfying, it's not satisfying, it's really satisfying. Each one of those is a concept you have about your life. So where are you at with that? Is it fulfilling, somewhat fulfilling, not fulfilling at all? And I think a lot of people, uh, who like to, who think things more on a spectrum than either or, like using the scale from 1 to 10. So answer that question for yourself.

on a scale from 1 to 10, how satisfying is your life? How fulfilling is it? 10 being the most fulfilling you can possibly imagine, one being not fulfilling at all. In fact, you know, the opposite, you're miserable. And I've been there many times. So be honest with that answer. Then to make this easier, this always makes it easier because I think a lot of people try to go at changing themselves directly or they try to go at changing their lives directly. Like, okay, if I'm conceptualizing my life as only being a five on the Fulfillment scale, then I'm just going to be more fulfilled. I'm just going to work on that. It's like, it doesn't really work that way. It's a little too General, a little too vague, a little too broad. We need to chunk things down a bit. So you want to chunk your life down into three to five, whatever your major life contexts are. So it could be like my marriage, my career, my health, parenting, and my hobbies. That would be

five you don't want to do any more than five consolidate contexts. If you start to go over five, consolidate them, and you can determine but I would highly recommend that you think about this for yourself. Your own life, how do you categorize the three to five major context of your life. What are those and write them down. You have a place to write them down here where the areas are so you're going to write out all of the areas of your life. Three to five no no fewer than three no more than five and then you're going to rate each one of them and you're going to this is going to help you pinpoint where which area of your life are things going very well in which area of your life you want more fulfillment because you're not getting as much fulfillment so it's good to know this it's good to know you know because when you you rate that overall question of how fulfilling your life is and you say well it's at a seven and then you break

it down to the individual context and you realize, Wow, like four of the five contexts are actually working really well, but there's one context, one area of my life that's really poor, and it's bringing everything else down. Okay, well, I need that's, that's the area I need to work on. You might find that every context of your life you're at a five. Okay, well, now you know it's time to work on something here to elevate all of them. So it might be one, two, or three you need to really work on. It might be all of them because all of them are little in bland. They're in the middle, but this is going to help you pinpoint that. So once you've done all that, you're going to work on one area at a time. Don't try to work on everything all at once for the reasons that I already mentioned. It's too broad. It's too vague. You need to get a little more detailed. So you're going to take one area, area of your life, and ask

yourself, what is fulfilling in this area for you? What is fulfilling about this for you? Even if it's a one or a two, there's some amount of fulfillment in that area of your life. So, what is that? And once you located, allow yourself to feel gratitude for that. Don't force it, okay? People talk about having a gratitude practice, and I've even tried that before, a gratitude journal, and I don't think there's anything wrong with that unless you are forcing it. Like, Oh, I got to feel gratitude for this. That's not really what gratitude is. When you fully acknowledge something really good, really nice in your life, something as simple as just having your health, like I do that all the time. I take a step back because it's so easy to take your health for granted when you're healthy. The moment you're not, you get sick or you break something or you have to go do surgery, that's when most people really appreciate good health. And it's better to be able to

acknowledge what great health when you're healthy. So acknowledge things like that. Acknowledge the things that are really good in this area of your life. And so we're getting more and more specific here. So make sure that you're getting specific about this particular what is fulfilling in this particular area of your life. And allow yourself to feel gratitude for that. And then ask yourself, is there a potential for more fulfillment? Can you expand on this? Can you expand on this portion of fulfillment that you're experiencing in this particular area of your life? If so, how? And allow yourself to be creative here. So experiencing that gratitude is really going to set you up to put you in a good state. And you're looking at some a portion of an area of your life and you go, Yeah, that's really nice. And I'm really happy about that. I'm grateful for that. I'm thankful for that. I appreciate that. And then ask yourself, how can I expand on this? Is there a potential for more here?

how would I do that? Just let your mind run wild. Let it be creative. There's no bad ideas. Just let them flow. So, notice what you find fulfilling, unfulfilling in this area as well. That's the next step. And take full responsibility for your level of satisfaction there. Accept it fully. This is your life. It's easy to blame other things, other people, anything outside of your control. But when you understand that you really are the one who's conceptualizing all of these things, and it's how you conceptualize things more so than anything else that creates fulfillment or takes away fulfillment, take responsibility for that. This is your experience. I'm not saying take responsibility for bad things other people did to you. That's not what I'm saying here. I'm not asking you to take responsibility for any particular action, especially if it was from someone else. I'm saying take responsibility for your experience of this. It's not blame. It's taking responsibility for it. I'm the one who's

conceptualizing this way. I'm the one who's creating the experience of this. This way, that's what I mean by taking responsibility. And then come up with three things you can do or choices you can make to increase your fulfillment. Here, the key is three. Usually, most people can come up with one pretty easy. Two is a little more of a stretch. That third one is a little more where now you're starting to step outside of what you perceive as the boundaries of what's possible. And it's not always that that third option is the right option. I'm not saying that. But when you think about this long enough to come up with a third option, it's that stretch. It's that movement. Beyond those boundaries, that's the most important piece here. You're creating greater flexibility, greater adaptability in your thinking. And that's where it starts. With your thinking and then your actions. When you have that more flexible thinking, more adaptable thinking, that leads to more flexible and adaptable behavior. Now, before moving on to the next area.

ask yourself if you would need to change anything about yourself to increase your fulfillment in this area. That's usually where change in your life is going to happen. It rarely comes from anything outside of you; it comes from you. Now, things can happen that are not necessarily coming directly from you; things happen in life, right? But if you don't change your concept of things, then it doesn't change anything. And I'll give you a really good example of this: impostor syndrome. You have these people who are incredibly successful, and their success is growing. They're making more money, they're buying more stuff, they're having kids, their family is growing. So all of these objects in their life, or you know, all of these events are coming and going, but they don't change. And so the feeling is, I don't deserve this, and so they experience impostor syndrome. And if that doesn't get treated, they'll find a way to lose everything. So you know, all these wonderful things can be happening, but if

your concept doesn't change about yourself about your life that true change doesn't happen so we need to change how we're concept izing our experience so before moving on to the next area ask yourself if you would need to change anything about yourself to increase your fulfillment in this area. Very very important and what will happen is a lot of times the reason why people think change is so uncomfortable is because usually resistance pops up anytime you want to change anything. Resistance comes up why? Well because however you have things arranged in your life right now there's a reason for that. It could be just for stability and comfort. There could be more to it than that. So when you go to make a change even if it's a positive change you're risking destabilization. You're risking disruption. Now it doesn't have to be that way. There are great NLP processes techniques models when they're done well make change stable and not so scary and you might still get resistance coming up because you know when changes on the horizon there are parts of you that

might get scared. The disruption, at the very least, is uncomfortable a lot of times, so resistance comes up. And if that happens, then you do a parts integration with that resistance. I don't know if we put that in the description of this video. We have a parts integration process. If you look up parts integration or conflict integration on YouTube with my name, you'll get a video. You're probably going to get more than one. And in that video, we do give a process for the parts integration. So, anytime resistance comes up, use a parts integration. You don't want to fight the resistance. You don't want to resist the resistance. That just creates more problems, just creates more resistance, more friction, more noise, just drains your energy. And it doesn't have to be that way. So, want to integrate parts so that you become more whole. And when you're more whole, and you're more undivided in your focus, you're undivided in your pursuit of what it is that you want, you're going to get there.

so much faster than thinking that you have to plow through resistance and use willpower and discipline to get through your resistance. No, no, no, integrate those parts. Make that resistance the resist. The truth is that all resistance is coming from you as well. This goes back to what saying about taking responsibility for your experience. Understand that and realize that what's really happening here is there's two parts that aren't talking to each other. That's why we say Parts integration. You need to integrate these parts so that you become whole and you become undivided in what it is that you're wanting to create. You become undivided in pursuing your fulfillment. A lot easier than fighting yourself, a lot easier than trying to use willpower and discipline, and you don't get any Metals for using willpower and discipline for beating up on yourself. Integrate it, and when you do that, when you make when you see what the changes are that you need to make, you want to Future Pace that. This is always how we end every NLP.

process. We want to Future Pace. We want to create a mental map. We want to create a mental Vision that paves the way forward of how you're going to do these changes. If you don't have this, it's very hard to function in that direction. It's more likely you're going to go back to past memories as references, and that just you just end up replaying the same life over and over again. So you need a new vision. You need a new reference experience. You need to be able to see that. You need to be able to hear it. What does it look like? What does it sound like when I make these changes in my life? What is that going to look like going forward? So you want to see yourself making the changes and becoming the person who is fulfilled in this area of your life, and that should give you lots of ideas about what will fulfill you, what will bring greater fulfillment to your life. And of course, you want to do this with every area of your life, and that's why we give you all these blanks.

here to fill all of that in, and you'll get a lot of ideas, especially if you're allowing your creativity to flow. Get a lot of ideas about how to change this, and it doesn't all, it doesn't always have to be, Oh, I got to start, I got to do this new activity, I got to do this new routine, or I gotta, you know, jog an extra hour. So, it does not need to be that, it doesn't need to be that, it can be that, it doesn't need to be that. It could just be, it could be doing less, actually. You know what would it be like to look at an area of your life, realize what's making you unfulfilled in this area, and it's something you can delegate. Like for your, for you entrepreneurs out there, you people who own your own business, that's a great exercise to do. Is like, how happy am I with this business? Well, maybe I'm only a six or seven. And then I, so I look into it, I focus on what makes me happy, what really

fulfills me in this business. And look at what what's unfulfilling in this business. And you look at what's unfulfilling. And you go, I can just delegate this done. Now, my fulfillment goes way up. So, you can actually do less in order to increase your fulfillment in a certain area of life. That's not off the table. It's not always about doing more. Now, when you've completed all the areas of your life, ask yourself, who do you need to become in order to live a more fulfilling life in all areas of your life? And that, that is what we really cover this weekend. That's what we're going to going to do a deep dive into who do you need to become to be fulfilled in all areas of your life. That's a great question. And that's one that you'll you'll answer if you attend the free training this weekend. Like, it shouldn't be a huge surprise to you unless you were really deluding yourself. And so now you get to go, All right, it's time to do something about this. I know where I'm not fulfilled. I know where I am fulfilled. And so that gives me some ideas about how to expand my fulfillment. And then the lack of fulfillment, that's where I need to understand better what's happening. You can integrate the parts on your own, right? Or do you need a buddy? Um, no, you can absolutely do it on your own. In fact, pretty much everything in NLP you want to learn to do well on your own. And then it's always nice if you can find a partner who can do it with you as well and who you can

practice on, but the height of NLP Mastery is always, always proficiency. Working on yourself and proficiency working with other people. Doesn't matter if you're a coach or not. The more you work, uh, on yourself and with other people, the better you're going to become at NLP. The more you work with other people, the better you'll become working on yourself. The more you work on yourself, the better you'll become working with other people, and really focus on this idea, um, radical self-reliance. Now, that doesn't mean that you turn things away when they're, when people are offering them to you. It just means that as much as possible, be self-reliant, and then if something's given to you, it's just a bonus, right? And sometimes we do need to reach out for help, so I'm not saying don't reach out for help. Uh, I've been depressed twice of my life, and the only way I got better was I reached out for help, so reaching out for help is a wonderful thing, do it.

I mean, if you have, if you're scoring like an eight in every area of your life, chances are it's not going to take too many adjustments. Um, but if you're scoring a one in every area of your life, you've got your work cut out for you. But like here's the thing, like what else is there to do in your life but spend it discovering what you enjoy, what does it for you, and interacting with that and engaging that. This is not like, oh, I need to rush to get there really fast. If you take that approach, um, you're going to be disappointed. And I, and I can say that not just about this, but about pretty much anything in life. Take the time to find out where you

are who you are what's your life about where do you what do you want it to be about and just you know like I said if not knowing what you want is not an excuse go to well I want to discover what it is that I want and that's a wonderful Journey that's an awesome Journey take that Journey get on the journey stop thinking oh well how long is it going to take and you know it's like no this is not this is not taking a trip somewhere you know like I'm oh I'm taking a long flight to a different country and I don't how long is this going to take no this is your life this is take it a step at a time enjoy it discover yourself discover your life discover what you want what you like be willing to take risk that's what that's what this is about always enjoy your presentations my pleasure I enjoy them [Laughter] too see they are grown it's working out to go with sister and visit but I will.

okay, no worries, Shana. I think it's more important that you spend time with your kids. Radical self-reliance, okay, yeah. Darren Fisher just became a member. Oh, cool. Um, I'm not sure which program you're a member of, but I appreciate it. PSA: give example of imposter syndrome person. What to do to change myself. So, you're wondering what to do if you have imposter syndrome, I think is what you're asking. Um, well, there's a few different approaches, but the main thing is you're obviously a person who has imposter syndrome. They're not really connecting who they are to what's happening around them. And usually it's often rooted in self-worth. They don't feel like they deserve it. And when you use the self-concept model, which is my go-to model for pretty much everything, and you take your highest values and transform them into certain and solid qualities of who you are, that whole deserving worthiness unworthiness, whatever that the whole self-worth thing.

really burns out and it should because it's completely unnecessary. And there's no such thing, no such thing as self-worth. There's the feeling of self-worth or low self-worth or high self-worth, but it's actually not a thing. There's no way to measure your self-worth, so it's just a matter of seeing it through a very divisive lens of deserving and not deserving. And the person usually feels like, well, you know, there's certain things that I didn't do to deserve this. And so it's just that feeling, that open feeling. And that it usually comes from a childhood issue, what we call an imprint. And that's something I can get into in a different um, a different stream. And I have gone into it in some of my videos. I've done demonstrations of reimprinting, so you can you can check that out. Trying to clear your schedule to attend this weekend. Cool, let's see. Health might be to buy better food, career, delegate when it's emotions. Um, well, emotions is not a context of your life. Your health is a context of your

life your career is a context of your life. Your emotions are something you feel in pretty much every context of your life, so I would stick to the context, not to emotions. I mean they're you could say emotions are a context of who you are, maybe. I don't know if that's even useful to do it way but it's not, it's not a context of Life. J Joseph says thank you for all you do. I will be attending this the weekend, cool looking forward to seeing you there Joseph. I don't it's a mindset emotion issue, uh well you can definitely have I guess a mindset issue or an emotional issue but it's not a, it's not a context in your life. Your emotions are a response to something. They're either a response to what's happening around you that your five senses are picking up or one between one and five of your five senses are picking up or your emotions are responding to your internal representations of something. That's how we get emotions. We don't just emote for no reason so that's not, uh, so it's not.

Can you're going to experience emotions in every area of your life. So it's not emotions themselves are not an area of your life. So if you're having an emotional issue, well, you need to understand what is the emotion a response to or probably a reaction to. If it's a problem, it's probably more reactive. So what are those emotions a reaction to? You need to know what that is. And more than likely, if you're having an emotional issue, it's probably some sort of internal representation you're creating that's probably unconscious. That's why you don't know where it's coming from, and you think that you're just experiencing emotions. It's like, well, you need to find out what is that unconscious representation that is causing those to the trigger. What is triggering those emotions? Now again, this can happen externally like that's what phobias are like you see the phobic stimulus or you hear it, you know, and you have a phobic response to it. So that's happening out here, but a same person who

has a phobia, let's say, of a phobia of snakes. They see a snake, they freak out. Well, that same person, if they imagine a snake, they usually start to freak out as well. So it's internal representation or external, what you're picking up from your five senses. Okay, all right, we're going to go ahead and bring this to a close. Use this exercise, just use it to help gain clarity. It's not going to, like I said, solve all your problems. It just helps you focus better, helps you break down your life, chunk it down so you can understand what's bringing you fulfillment, whatever that is. Take it with you, whatever is not bringing you fulfillment, how do you change things, how do you delegate, how do you, how do you take it out of your life, or how do you do something better to make it more fulfilling. It's this. This is a pretty simple exercise. Don't overcomplicate it. And it's usually very simple exercises are very useful as well. So use

this and uh fill it out. I would have everything done for every area of your life um before this weekend. If not, that's okay. Still come to the weekend, still um enjoy the weekend, and the exercises we're going to be doing. It will be interactive. We will be doing uh more in-depth exercises similar to this but even deeper.
