I wanted to talk about Detachment in this video. That is not only important when it comes to manifestation, but also it's very important when it comes to relationships, or friendships, or anything in general in life. So maybe we have just come across a situation where we are finding some keys, or car keys, or something we are looking so hard for those keys to like we are finding it everywhere, but it's nowhere, and suddenly those car keys come out of nowhere, where we just find them, and we eventually realize that we just totally forgot about that. Just email me at the email given in the description box below. So, Detachment is a very important topic. Detachment feels constrictive in heart, in gut, in solar plexus. It feels

constricted, as if we need that specific thing or specific person, or anything in general, to be okay. And if that whatever we are wanting is not here, we are just going to chase that thing. So we are attached to that thing, and this is why Detachment comes. We need to detach ourself from that thing, so that that thing chases us. When we are manifesting, we are always wanting the other thing to come to us, to reach to us, not the other way around. We are not chasing anything. The thing needs to come to us, that's manifestation, that's attraction. So the first thing that we can actually focus on is our feminine energy. We all have feminine energy, and it is very important for us to embrace our feminine energy. Just the way masculine energy is very important, that action, the logic, the logistics, the forward moving, taking the lead, all of that is very important in our life. Same way feminine energy is very important too, the nurturing, going with the flow, surrender, Detachment, dancing, movement, anything to do with spontaneous.

energy, whatever that is, all feminine. It is all important, and we need to live a life where we are balancing our masculine and our feminine. So, Detachment comes with feminine energy. Where there's no feminine energy, there's action, and that action can be chasing also. So, that action needs to actually slow down so that we can increase our feminine energy in order to attract what we want, whether that's a specific person or a situation or whatever. Another thing is when we are at a place of attachment, when we are attaching ourselves to something or someone, we want that person or thing to come into our life so that we can be happy, and we think that we won't be okay if that thing doesn't come into our life. So, we have to be okay without that thing. We have to be okay without that thing. We have to know that we are enough. We have to realize how good enough we are simply because we are existing on Earth right now, simply because we are

here you are here right now so you are enough. There is nothing to do. You are worthy right now simply because you are worthy. You are worthy because you are worthy. This is something I learned from Mary disae. Here I am worthy because I am. I am enough because I am enough. So we don't have to do something to be enough or to be worthy. We just have to realize and be in that frequency, be in that embodiment that we are enough, that I am enough. And I don't need that specific thing to make me feel enough. I don't need that woman. I don't need that man to make me feel that I am enough. I am worthy. I am worth it. And I know that I don't need the other person or other thing or any situation to make me realize that I am worthy. So we need to be an embodiment. We need to know ourself that I am enough because when we are chasing something, we often look at that specific thing to make us give us the validation that we want.

this brings me to my next point of inner child healing. Inner child healing is very important when it comes to relationships, romantic relationships, or friendships. If you have identified yourself as a people pleaser, probably you know what I'm talking about. Because when we are chasing someone, the other person is like literally away, detached, running. And we as people pleasers are the ones who chase that person, or your specific person, whatever, because we feel that that person can give us the energy, that validation that we are always looking for. And this usually begins in childhood, obviously, because we haven't got that need or that validation which we have always wanted, so we expect other people to give us that. This is where inner child healing comes in. We have to realize, we have to, as an adult, it's our responsibility to give our inner child the validation which he or she is always looking for from our partners, or friends, or anyone in general. So, the next time you are observing yourself wanting some validation from some person, ask yourself this one question. It's very important. Ask

yourself. What? What do I need? Ask yourself this question from that part of yourself who is wanting that validation from other person. What do you need from that person and you will get to know the answer. Maybe they want to be seen by the other person, maybe they want to speak, they want to be spoken or whatever. I personally always wanted other people to give me validation and as an adult, it's your responsibility to give yourself the validation which you have always wanted as a kid. Sometimes the inner child is perfectly okay, it's the inner teenager that is mostly effed up. So again, we can use the same process, we need to ask her in our teenager, what do you need? Inner teenagers are usually rebellious, rebels, angry, frustrated. Inner children, inner child is the one who is scared but inner teenagers are rebellious, they are angry, they are frustrated. But behind every emotion there is a reason, right? So you just ask your inner teenager or inner child or even your inner you who is

feeling a specific way towards someone. What do you need so that I can give it to you? This is a very important part when it comes to Detachment because when we heal from our inside, when we give ourselves the things we want from others, we heal. And one thing I want to share, this is something I just remembered: raise your vibration. When you raise your vibration from a higher vibration, from a high Vibe, you naturally start to become detached, you naturally start to feel enough, okay in where you are right now. When you raise your vibration, you naturally start to feel okay where you are right now, emotionally, mentally, whatever, every aspect. You know, raising our vibration is such a huge topic, there are so many layers that can be talked about, but you know, try to raise your vibration, just feel good in the moment, do some Shadow work, do some healing, and keep your vibration High, be happy from the inside, do something for yourself, and from that place, there won't be any expectation, there won't be any attachment, because when we are at that

space where everything is good. We don't need anything. That is like a whole different phase of Detachment. When we are detached, we don't need anything from out there, external reality, from any person, from anything. We are just whole. We are enough in where we are. We are loving our life. We are enjoying our life. This is difficult sometimes, I know, but raising a vibration can really, really help. You don't have to meditate every day if you cannot. I know we do not have time sometimes, but if you can try to commit to yourself to at least do some affirmations or meditations or breath work or anything to do with grounding your energy by going into a park or something, by talking to your friends, anything. So just be really mindful of where your energy is going. Are you obsessed with whatever you are attaching yourself with, or are you just living your life detached and feeling enough in who you truly are? So I hope you like this video.
