Tannic acid, known as a natural antibiotic, effectively removes various bacteria and germs from the feet, alleviating a range of athlete's foot symptoms. The method involves boiling two green tea bags for about 10 minutes, then mixing it with cold water to use warm. The green tea application should also last for 15 to 20 minutes.

It is also good to sleep one to two hours before going to bed every other day while progressing. Using black tea in the same way is beneficial, so please use the tea bags you have at home to protect your foot health.
